I paid 300.00 for a room w/double beds and both had blood in the sheets and I didn’t know tell I went to lay in the bed at 4:00 am after coming from a night out with friends and the over night front desk lady was kind and tried to fix the problem and morning front desk lady was sooo rude she made me get loud I almost lost it the woman tried to said it was my blood on the sheets when I’m fact the housekeepers didn’t change the sheets from the previous guess and that’s nasty as hell especially during a time like this!!! This is my second time in Illinois and we booked this same hotel for our second trip.
