We felt secure and safe. Parking was included. Nice breakfast spread daily. The staff was exceptional. Our host was waiting on a group checking in and noticed me patiently waiting until he was done, but he stopped what he was doing to ask if he could help me! Large room and bath.

In a prime location in the center of Florence, Hotel La Gemma provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. The attention to detail is spectacular. We really appreciated the small things; the welcome note and chocolate, the welcome Prosecco, the attentive response of staff, help booking dinners, turn down service. We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.

The rooms and the hotel are beautiful. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The personnel was lovely and gave us great recommandations. Location was perfect, steps away from the Spanish steps.

AR Suites&Art is located in Bergamo, a 4-minute walk from Centro Congressi Bergamo and 0.6 miles from Teatro Donizetti Bergamo. Because everything was perfect the staff was very friendly, the hall and the room were comfortable and very clean, and the location was in a strategic position. Whenever we return to Bergamo, the only place we will definitely stay is AR Suites & Art. You are the best! Thank you again!

The location is fantastic for the kids (near two playgrounds) and the staff is very well prepared to deal with them. Nice restaurants near the hotel.
