It’s an exquisite hotel, great quality, and amazing service!

Hotel is beautiful, clean, well designed and really comfortable. All Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. We booked all of our transport and trips with the team, and they went beyond to support our plans. We took their vintage car tour, and it was fantastic. Cold water and cold towels at every stop. Our packed breakfast was amazing. That was my fourth stay there, and it won't be my last.

Awesome staff – super friendly and easy to communicate with. I arrived very early, and they went above and beyond to prepare my room for an early check-in, always making sure everything was okay. The room was cleaned daily and fully restocked each time. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, just 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap.

This was the best place se stayed in Cambodia: - Clean and comfortable room, large bathroom, with all the amenities, fridge, tea & coffee in the room, excellent A/C. - Free tea time in the afternoon with plenty of cookies - Nice little pool for those feeling like having a splash - Extremely friendly and helpful staff, can give all the information you need, suggest itineraries for your visits to the archaeologic site of Angkor and provide transportation with cooperating tuk-tuks either to places in town of Siem Reap (2.5 km from center) or to any place in the area at competitive prices. The drivers speak English, drive carefully, give useful tips and help with everything you might need. Our special thanks go to Mr. Billy who was our best friend during our stay. - Excellent value for money, you get 5-star services for a fraction of what you'd pay at some other place. We highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Siem Reap, either for business or for holidays.

I loved everything about this hotel. The service is definitely 5 stars - everyone knows you by name, they greet you with cold towels and tea each time you arrive, they’re very friendly and go above and beyond. I felt like everyone took great care of me. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area is always kept clean and it’s very nice. The room is spacious with good air conditioning and good shower. The room was also very clean. It’s only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to Pub Street so it’s in a good location. Everything about this hotel is perfect!

When I got to Le Grande Indochine, I was really impressed. The room and food were amazing, one staff member stood out to me, he helped me a lot with booking tours and even printed some documents for me. He was always friendly, calling me by name whenever we saw each other. Thanks to all the helpful staff, and I hope to see him again when I visit with my family.

Very modern and clean with great facilities.

This was the loveliest place I stayed at during my trip to Cambodia. The sweetest family and stellar hosts! They go the extra mile to make sure your stay is welcoming and super comfortable. Treated me like I was part of the home :)

I think her name was Mithnia (sorry about the spelling). She was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Packed a breakfast pack for me the day i left as i was leaving early. Arranged tuktuks and bus tickets etc. She's a great asset to Angkor Heart. All the other staff were always friendly and attentive. Small things like free tuktuk into pub street after 5pm and afternoon snacks made this a great place to stay and less than 10 minutes to pub street.

Clean, tropical garden, beautiful pool, friendly and helpful staffs

This is a friendly hotel!!! All the staff you encounter are friendly and ready to help. The rooms were spacious and clean! There was a nice scent in the bathroom. Beds are great. Great pillows, The condition of the room was good. Any problems are dealt with intensively. 100% recommended if you visit Siem Riep.
