We were arriving a bit late. The lady working the desk called to make sure we were getting along alright and then inquired if we had anything to eat. She said the restaurant was closing right about when we planned to arrive. I told her not to worry about it and we went on ahead. Once we arrived she said she kept the restaurant open for us so we could have a meal. This is exceptional customer service and we are very grateful.

John was exceptionally attentive and helpful when I had a bronchitis and was considering seeking medical care. That was before I ever reached his property. My daughter and I were offered two rooms, both spacious, and well appointed there were a variety of snacks, yogurts, and drinks available in each room.
