The housekeeping people were always polite and careful. Lourdes, in particular, really excelled. All personnel was impeccable and highly professional, including people helping at breakfast. Breakfast is included and a lot of fun with the waffle stations. The fitness center is well organized an open 24h. Berkeley downtown BART station just a few steps away.

Footsteps from the beautiful Berkeley Marina, far enough away from some of the elements near the campus. Paid for Marina view and got Marina view. Beds were so incredibly comfortable. Restaurant is beautiful, excellent customer service! We arrived near closing time and were stillwarmly welcomed and seated. Kids love the pool and jacuzzi.KKARLAFamily with young children

Located in a quiet residential area, with Berkeley Bowl (big supermarket) nearby. Mona and Rod have been friendly and helpful throughout. The house was in good shape, perfectly clean, and furnished with all the necessary accoutrements (some of the fittings needed some fixing - but nothing major). We had a really nice time there, would certainly go back. In sum, great value for money, definitely recommended.MatteoSolo traveler

Extending my stay was no problem (although this might change dependent on the time of your visit) and they were courteous throughout my stay. Cleaning staff visited the room every day. The room itself was very clean - I had no complaints on this point.
