The staff were exceptional, super friendly and welcoming, shared some great advices what to see and visit during our stay and overall were very helpful as we arrived way earlier than check-in time. Thankfully we could leave our bags and go explore around. The location was perfect for a first time visit to Edinburgh, plenty of places around to eat or have a drink, though I must admit that the apartment was too cozy to leave for long. Our apartment was just like in the photos, very clean and stylish. The beds were super comfortable too.

The hotel features a rooftop lounge and each room boasts free high-speed WiFi. Great and very central location where guests can walk to shops, parks, and local restaurants; beautiful views; friendly staff; huge rooms; delicious breakfast! We loved our stay and will definitely return. It would be our number one choice in Edinburgh.

Very comfortable, well equipped, super good shower, plenty of pillows. Kitchen was quite good. Complimentary coffee and some Christmas chocolates. Location was ideal: quiet neighborhood and still very well connected. Price was also reasonable considering the overall cost of the city. Overall I’m very happy. Highly recommended.

The glamorous Rutland Hotel has stylish rooms, a luxurious late-lounge, and a unique restaurant with a glass wine cellar. It is situated on the West End of Princes Street, with views of Edinburgh Castle. Excellent hotel in a great location, not in the old town, but even better in my opinion. Extremely comfortable suite, spacious and with great atmosphere and decor. Great bed linen and bath towels. Excellent a la carte breakfast. Very polite staff.

The property is less than 1 km from EICC, and within 500 metres of the city centre. This place is the best we have stayed in a long time. Such a great location, such a spacious place, we felt at home. There is everything you might need from dishwasher ,coffee machine to laundry machine and dryer. Everything you might need is available in the kitchen. Incredibly clean. My girlfriend is a freak about stains on plates, linen and dust. She is always questioning the cleanliness even in a 5 star hotels. For first time she was really happy. THANKS
