The complimentary breakfast was so nice to have each morning of our stay. The location is the main reason we chose it. You can’t beat being able to walk to the beach in less than five minutes—and so close to so many things! We rented a car and were able to quickly go to a shopping center when needed. Great views!

great facilities. Had booked a bonus studio but we got a large apartment with a large and functional kitchen, a nice bathroom with spa bath and a separate seating area to the bed and a balcony with chair and table overlooking the water. Bed was a bit small but comfy! Also really loved the welcome by Oska the Octopus :).

The Caloundra area is really nice. Many hotels to pick from.
The Caloundra area is really nice. Many hotels to pick from. Depending on what you're looking for.. i.e., Kings Beach is a happening area. Golden Beach is a little quieter. Places to visit are The Real Grocer, Cali Breeze for awesome burgers and fish and chips, and Amici's pizza (make reservations early when you know you want to go). The Amici Special pizza is the bomb! The RSL Club is nice to visit... loved the tribute to the military.

Caloundra has all the things tourists look for - bars, restaurants, markets, beaches and short distance to a wondrously green hinterland with all of its attractions as well. The city itself is clean and has great facilities. I even joined the local RSL as I will be back again and the member discounts are great, even for short stays. Everything you need in the city can be within walking distance, depending on your accommodation. I like to park the car and walk everywhere where possible.
Our family loved it. It was in a great location with beautiful views. Apartment was clean, bright and well equipped. The lovely people at Caloundra Holiday Centre made booking extremely easy and pleasant with their friendly professional service.
Hubby: “yeah it was good, value for money”
Kid 1: “it was so close to all the shops!”
Kid 2: “it had wifi and Netflix”
Kid 3: “we could see the Ocean and we had a pool and BUNK BEDS!!!! Can we come back?”
Me: BRILLIANT
Was located on a main road close to a shopping centre for easy walk to pick up groceries/food etc. but very quiet spot at rear of property in lovely tropical garden surrounds. Great private courtyard perfect for travelling with pets and thoughtfully furnished living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Responsive hosts so would highly recommend others needing pet friendly stays! Walking distance to Caloundra shops and surrounded by great neighboring beaches.
The view from the room was excellent, we had a great view of the beach and Bribie Island. The apartment was perfect for the week and just us two. The view of the Glasshouse Mountains from the front door was also pretty spectacular. It is located close to some great places to eat, we really like Cafe 89 for a drink with a view of the sea. It is also just a few minutes away from the busier areas of Caloundra and Kings Beach.
Amazing location on the beachfront of Happy Valley, the views were incredible. Great location to walk up to the main street, markets and restaurants/ cafes or to the waterfront and playground, etc. Room was well furnished, very comfortable, great tv channel selection and an overall great stay. We will definitely book at the Waterview and at this room again!
The water park is a big hit to my 8yo kid. He almost doesn't want to get out because of it! There's heaps of things to do - playground, tennis, puffy pillow thing etc! Plus the location is close to the beach, shops, shopping centre.. Judi and the whole staff are warm and friendly too so we'll definitely be back again!
Clean studio room with comfortable king size bed, and plenty of dining utensils provided. A complimentary breakfast at the downstairs was superb. The location is great with restaurants on site and not far to walk to the Caloundra Promenade and many more cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Very pleased with this accommodation. Good size rooms, clean and comfortable, and very handy walking distance from Kings Beach and Caloundra centre. Out host was helpful and accommodating and the free WiFi was really good. I would recommend this property.
Great property with outstanding views of Golden Beach, located right across the street. Numerous shops and restaurants, including a full service IGA grocery and a bottle shop, were within 1/2 block walk from the property. The entire area was very quiet.
Fantastic stay. Perfect for a family holiday. We have two young children and this hotel had everything we needed. The water park, a pool with bar service, a restaurant on site and the friendly staff made our stay great. We will be back!
I like the home feel , it was like being on holiday with company of other travellers..very nice communal feel .. it was nice to not be In a Plain hotel .. it was a home and has character I will stay there again..
Only a 1 night stay to attend a show at the Caloundra Event Center. Good place to stay due to It's location. All staff that worked in the hotel & at the bars were friendly and courteous and very efficent.
The free coffee and muffins were an unexpected bonus which was lovely. We didn’t have the free coffee but the $3 mochas were very cheap. Rooms were very large and well laid out.
Convenient location, great renovated modern unit close to Kings Beach and Caloundra. Clear instructions on how to enter the property in lieu of reception which was great.
I have stayed many times at Aspect Caloundra and recommend it highly great pool/bbq area for families and close to beach and city centre. Staff are outstanding
Sandy Shores is right on Golden Beach and an easy walk to Caloundra CBD. Clean, spacious, quiet - a beautiful location for a visit to the Sunshine Coast.
