    our 5 day stay was just right for our purposes visiting family. The local attractions - West Lake; Longjing tea village - means for general tourists a stay of 2 days would be sufficient to see the sights and get a good sense of the place. As there are few organized tours, book a car and guide to make the most of the stay.

    From the moment I arrived I liked the feel of the city.

    From the moment I arrived I liked the feel of the city. It was warm and friendly. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best during my stay therefore I didn't see as much as I would have liked. What I did see didn't disappoint. Apart from the known tourist attractions there was also a lovely shopping precinct near the lake for those who like labels and fashion. Also small stalls selling well made and original handicrafts.

    Hangzhou is a city you must visit in China.

    Hangzhou is a city you must visit in China. It has culture, history, spectacular scenery and delicious food. The world famous west lake is right in the center of the city. There are so many activities you can do in Hangzhou, walking or riding bike along the lake, hiking, visiting Linying Temple, meeting friends in tea house, shopping and dining etc.

    Hangzhou is the city full of great and fantastic places to visit. The choices of restaurant are great. The experience of evening and morning visits at the West Lake offered great memories. The public transport and Taxi rides are affordable in comparing to Western price. In summary, the city offers travellers and visitors thousands wonderful memories.

    The location of the hotel is a very convenient just across...

    The location of the hotel is a very convenient just across the West Lake. It was nice strolling along the West Lake day and night time. Beautiful scenery. The food served at the popular Hangzhou Restaurant was delicious. The Lingyin Temple attracted a lot of visitors although we arrived a week after the week-long National Day Holiday. A day trip from Hangzhou to Wuzhen Water Town was memorable.

    Was not a good visit...

    Was not a good visit...I change my first hotel because was so dirty and no wifi..People in hotel dont talk english,but in another hotel was clean and nice hotel room.Restaurant only for breakfast,lukket for lunch and dinner.You can eat some take away but they dont understand english and food was to spicy...you need to have Allipay and cash for taxi...So when in site is writing at er restaurant in hotel is most for breakfast not for lunch and dinner.

    The location is great, right next to a subway station, in the middle of the shopping district, within walking distance to West Lake and Wulin Night Market, the area is bustling with activities. Pleasantly surprised and truly appreciate that the hotel upgraded both my rooms to munch bigger rooms. The rooms come with modern features and great sound system.

    It is a charming and cosy little guesthouse nicely located close to parks and west lake. The small lobby/ breakfast room was relaxing and cool. Sally the host was great. She helped us tremendously with taxi bookings, gave recommendations, helped us with WeChat payments. Overall great stay.

    Very nice hotel, lobby, nice room except room has no dresser. The bottom double was also not working. Fengqi mtr is just outside hotel. Plenty of food in the underground mtr and along the road by hotel. West Lake is around 20 mins walk from hotel.
