We have very pleasant memories of our stay at the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is created by very attentive and responsive staff, your question, request or wish will not go unnoticed. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, an excellent cook, a varied breakfast and the ability to order both lunch and dinner. All colonnades with mineral water, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. We certainly recommend the hotel and will gladly return to it.

Karlovy Vary owes its affluent grandeur to no fewer than 13 hot springs and a warm water river. Add to this its colourful façades and tree-lined hill setting, and it’s easy to see why it’s one of Europe’s most sophisticated spa towns.
The best views are from the Deer Leap and Diana Tower lookouts, both high above the Grandhotel Pupp, a famous 5-star hotel which starred as James Bond’s gambling retreat in ‘Casino Royale’. It also hosts an International Film Festival, but the city is really about the waters, a fact reflected in its English name – Carlsbad.
You can take the waters at the 5 springs under the Mill Colonnade, and the wrought-iron Market Colonnade houses 2 more. The Park Colonnade employs a similarly impressive style to protect 3 springs, while a geyser bursts up in the Hot Spring Colonnade. The Castle Tower overlooks the Castle Colonnade waters, and a thermal pool at Spa Hotel Thermal overlooks the city.
The beautiful churches of Karlovy Vary include the Russian-styled Church of St Peter and St Paul. The Moser Glassworks produce suitably high quality products, and the Jan Becher Museum provides an idea of what to fill them with – local Becherovka bitter.
Accommodation on Booking.com includes luxury hotels, city centre apartments and guest houses near Karlovy Vary Airport.

There's quite a big 'commercial' town centre, although - like many - we didn't visit that part, but stayed around the old spa town around the Tepla river. The buildings and of course the river and springs are lovely, and the old town streets spread up to either side of the river. The place is well-maintained, and there are plenty of places to eat/drink and some nice tourist spots. The hills around offer plenty of marked and unmarked tourist walks, with easy access (for the fairly fit) to some of the towers and other spots around the town.

Karlovy Vary is a fabulous place, full of beautiful historical buildings. Additionally you can treat yourself with a mineral water pouring from the many fountains that you'll pass during a city walk - just remember to have your own cup or other vessel for water. We were quite astonished that Karlovy Vary is a kind of colony for reach Russians, and when you walk through the city the dominant language that you hear is Russian. If you'd like to experience local Czech cultures and traditional Czech food, it's just a walk away from the center.

The city itself is beautiful.
The city itself is beautiful. Its location at the riverside with historical-looking buildings and hot springs is exceptional. However, what the city has in architecture, it lacks in facilities, especially restaurants. In general, there are only two major types of places where you can eat: beer houses and places serving Italian cuisine. The food in most of these is pretty good, but it is super expensive - two or three times pricier than what is considered normal in the rest of the country. I figure that you are paying extra for being served in the middle of nowhere at the national border, but it just felt too much. I now think of the city as being home to the posh millionaires who couldn't care less about how much they spend on food and other services.

You can make many trips around both with travel agencies and on your own, using the offers of the Karlovy Vary Card, which you can buy on the Internet. Be sure to visit the Becherevka Museum, the tasting in the morning was very useful) The food is very dense, but you can find a Georgian restaurant, sushi and wonderful desserts.
For health - The effect after taking medicinal water does not appear immediately, but it is very effective. Sleep was restored and body pain disappeared very quickly.

The city is truly beautiful with buildings and natural scenery visible as you walk along the river.
Hot springs and saunas are essential to relieve the fatigue of travel.
I had a nice holiday on Christmas.
The staff were really nice and showed us around the place.
The room was clean and well decorated.
Breakfast was good.
There is private patking.
The SPA is also a nice adding. There is a pool and 4 saunas. The pool, for my opinion, could have been wormer, but that's just me.
The area of the hotel is really beautiful.
There is no elevator and a need to climb up stip stairs. We only had a small troly, so it was not a problem for us.
Just to mention that the hotel is far from the city. If you rent a car, no problem there.
My partner and I stayed in Quisisana Palace suites across the bridge, it was beautiful. We enjoyed all the perks of Grandhotel Pupp including lovely breakfasts and access to the spa. The room was gorgeous and clean and very large, the bathroom was beautiful and the heated floors were very welcomed in the cold winter weather! The staff were very quick and had great attention to detail. Already recommended to everyone :)
The apartment is situated close to the Kolonada and very close to many cafes and restaurants. Teo bedrooms and a living room are spacious and have everything what you need for a few days of your stay in Karlovy Vary. Wonderful view from the window and a sound of a river that accompanies you day and night. Very close to the attractions of Karlovy Vary. Very friendy owner and a nice and fast communication with him.
The hotel is in a great location in Karlovy Vary, very central. Services were fine, with online check in. The room was large and looked good, various amenities. The view from river room we had was totally worth it. There is spa included in the room rate, with 2 saunas and a medium sized pool. The breakfast was very rich variety, very good, in large nice restaurant area.
Amazing apartment right across from the Mill Colonnade! So much more than we expected. We were on the first floor with the spa just outside our door. Two balconies - one off the bedroom and one off the dining room. Very quiet at night Very comfortable bed. Walkable to everything there is to see in Karlovy Vary. Apartment was decorated beautifully.
The apartment is a baroque wet dream. The location is amazing, just outside the spa part of Karlovy Vary, but still with normal shops, party bars and parking. If you like hearty breakfast go to Cafe Picollo, they will make you scrambled eggs or ham-and-eggs like your grandmother did. Overall great experience any you get a cuckoo clock with Moscow time!
The hotel is amazing. Perfect location on the water, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The staff are lovely and attentive (thank you, George being such a good host and to Metin for his perfect service in the restaurant) and the spa is heavenly. Highly recommend staying here. Very close to Karlovy Vary and easy to get to.
The Vila is on the edge of SPA area, 5 min walk to get to Hotel Termal, free parking just outside of the place (which is rare so close to SPA area of Karlovy Vary). Room was spacious, garden was nice and equipped with some small playground which our 5 year old loved. The owner was nice and provided us with good breakfast.
location is very good (just a short 10 minute walk to the center of Karlovy Vary), private parking just in front of the building, very spacious and clean room, host is very nice and helpful, breakfast was fantastic (freshly made and delivered on time), outside balcony, excellent value for money
The room was beautiful. The hotel is very clean and still oozes old grandeur despite the unfortunate choice for floor tiling (fake marble) and the very basic spa (see below).
Overall okay value for money, but that's only because we snatched a good price by having booked months in advance.
The hotel is just a few minutes away from the bus station. Great location - about 5-10 minutes to Thermal and Vřídlo. Restaurants and cafes all around. Friendly staff. Modern hotel with key cards and self-service check in. Clean and spacious room. We will definitely stay again :)
There is not a single thing we did not love. Our trip to Europe we stayed in over 15 hotels and this was by far our favourite. The best beds in Europe! The location is phenomenal and the hotel feel very luxurious. We loved the bath for a spa experience…
Perfect, 🤩 excellent location, everything is in front of you…sparkly clean, cosy, a lot of space, nice view from window… Host is so sweet and helpful... well Pension Dvorak is excellent choice to stay in Karlovy Vary, warmly recommended 🍀
Beautiful hotel in a peaceful and lovely area.
The room was great, the spa as well.
The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
This is my second time staying at the Westend Savoy and highly recommend it. This hotel is safe, clean, and in a centralized location. We enjoyed time at the spa and at this hotel.
