Hotels near Hot Spring, Karlovy Vary

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with a hot water pot for coffee / tea and a mini fridge. When you walk into the room it was a HUGE space with French doors leading out to a small veranda overlooking the downtown area. Breakfast in the mornings is wonderful and VERY Impressive with, Meats, Eggs, Cheeses, Pastries, Fruits, Breads, and a verity of coffee types. This was First Class all the way! Check in was a breeze! At first it was kind of hard to find the parking lot, but the gentleman stayed on the phone with me and give me turn by turn direction. SUPER NICE PEOPLE!

Staff are attentive to our needs during the stay, i met Ella who work in the restaurant provides excellent service. Alexandra is also constantly engaging with us making sure that our stay is well taken care of.

We spent only one night in Karlovy Vary. And if to be honest, it wasn’t enough. The hotel is one of our favorites now. The room was amazing! We would like to thank the stuff at the reception! Radka and Yakub very helpful. They treated us very kind and professional. Definitely, we will come back.
