Located near central Germany, Frankfurt is not simply the beating heart of the country, it’s also the lifeblood of the European Union.
The German Federal Bank and the European Central Bank are based here, so naturally this is a city where commerce thrives. In fact, the skyline is so punctuated by skyscrapers that Frankfurt is affectionately known as Mainhattan, a pun on the Main River that slowly meanders through the city.
Lining its banks is Museumsufer, a district with over 20 museums including Goethe’s birthplace and the Frankfurt Historical Museum. The tower of the Gothic-style Frankfurt Cathedral, which played an important role in the Holy Roman Empire, has impressive views of it all.
In the shadow of the modernist architecture remain traces of quintessential Germany. The reconstructed half-timbered facades in Römer square are picture perfect, and the cobbled streets of Fressgass are always full of locals deciding which café to dine at.
Served by Frankfurt Airport - one of the world’s busiest - this pumping city is always on the move. This means that hotels in Frankfurt get booked up pretty quickly, so book early with Booking.com to secure the accommodations of your choice.
Way underrated city... EZ to get to - many direct flights from USA... Airport 15 minutes from city... Exceptional alternative to flying into Munich... Very walkable, many free things to see and do... EXTREMELY clean... Always felt safe... Great hub to take a one-hour train to any other cities (we did Heidelberg, Mainz, Marburg and Wurzburg)....

As a city Frankfurt is a nice city.
As a city Frankfurt is a nice city.
I was there for and exhibition called Techtextile and i guess 2 days was good to find the right companies on the Exhibition.
I was driving around with my own car and i find the city nice and easy city for divers and car owners because there are many places in the city that you can park the car free of charge which is not the case in my own city of Amsterdam, in Amsterdam we i pay more than 600 euro per year to park my car but even with payment we can not find a place to park the car but in Frankfurt really was very easy to find places to park the car free of charge and people are mostly very friendly in Frankfurt when i was asking do i have to pay if i park my car people are friendly to give honest answer.
I would visit Frankfurt again but i will stay in a different plays. To me getting around was easy because i was driving my own car. I use to eat in Messe Frankfurt at exhibition. Next time i will do my reservation far away form center because i travel always with car.

Frankfurt presents a pleasant cityscape, yet my airport experience left me with reservations. At Frankfurt Airport, there was a noticeable pattern of the police stopping non-EU passengers for document checks just after deplaning. Despite my frequent travels to Europe and holding a multi-entry Schengen visa, I was detained alongside others for an unnecessary 30-minute document verification.
The ordeal extended to passport control, where a lengthy queue awaited us, made worse by a mere three counters being operational.
The baggage claim area, situated in a less inviting lower ground space with a low ceiling and an unwelcome odor, further dampened the experience. After a lengthy wait, it turned out not all luggage had arrived, compounding the inconvenience.

Frankfurt is an exciting and cosmopolitan city.
Frankfurt is an exciting and cosmopolitan city. There are many museums to visit and it is close to the Rhine. There are also many shopping and dining options. The MyZeil Mall on the Zeil (close to the Hauptwache Underground station) is well worth the visit for families who want to shop and dine at an affordable price.

great for a City break as we were working didn't have too much time for sightseeing
Food was hit and Miss found a great Italian restaurant without this I would say food options are typical too much fried food for me and hard to get a cup of tea but there was plant of wine and beer available to make up for that
Excellent in cleanliness! Not even NY Palace is as clean as this hotel. It deserves more than 5 stars and 5 diamonds. Everything in the room was top quality and super comfortable. Staff also was very friendly Price was reasonable also. My husband and I needed a one night stay. We received luxury comfort with reasonable price All the other hotels near Frankfurt airport were at least double price I want to thank all of you for a wonderful experience.. From now on your hotel will be the top of the list of hotels to stay at when we travel.
The Hotel itself was beautiful, very comfortable rooms and beds. Quick late night check in and very limited parking available on the street outside There is a tram at the end of the street that takes you right into the centre of Frankfurt, under a minutes walk. It is outside of the city but we didn’t mind using the tram as it was so close. It’s the N11 tram and the stop is called Ostbahnhof/Sonnemannstraße. I have shared the tram timetable, stop 5 Römer/Paulskirche is what you want for the old town in the second picture.
This is our first hotel during our holidays in Germany. We like the entire property with a historical story, decoration, room facilities, and staff service. The breakfast was good. The location was quite easy to reach by driving from the airport and the valet parking service was convenient. The location was off the center of the old town but we really enjoyed our 15 to 20 minutes walk from the hotel to the bank of Main, the famous pedestrian bridge of Holbein Steg, and then the city square of the old town.
- Perfect location close to the main train station and city center.
- Very clean rooms.
- Towels always fresh and not smelly unlike other hotels.
- Great affordable laundry facility in the basement.
- Mr.Laurin in the reception was very friendly and helpful. He did everything he can to make our staying better, from trying to change our room to a better ventilated room to even giving us everything we needed him self and doing more than his job. So thanks a lot for making our vacation in Frankfurt great!
This is a great location if one needs to be near the airport. There is a small grocery store just behind the hotel and a couple of restaurants nearby. The room was very large, and clean.
Check-in is done seamlessly through an online system. I booked for two nights, but we were getting into Frankfurt in the very early morning. I contacted the staff to let them know that we would not be checking in until very late/early (so that they did not give our room away). Received a courteous and quick response.
Staff accomodated my change request that they didnt have to! everyone was nice and pleasant. Many hotels in Frankfurt are near the trainstation which is very dodgy - this one is close to botanical garden, with straight way to city centre and not dodgy at all! Bed was so comfortable that after the day of sightseeing I would just fall asleep way ahead of time, like 8 in the evening. Bathroom was clean. It is an overall great hotel, with amazing location and old school charm!
The hotel is located in the living area of Frankfurt, 20 min by car to the city center, not many shops around, and a small gas station nearby. Although our room was tiny, it was super clean and neat. Parking places are super secure. For 1-2 nights absolutely great!
To speed up the hotel checking, they are sending an online check-in link similar to airplane checking, which was very cool and appreciated since we came with a sleeping baby late at night.
The staff was very friendly, especially Dorian who welcomed us and introduced us to the nearby amenities, providing us with a city map, giving a brief explanation on getting around town. It is a good location (near Skyline Plaza and U-bahn and S-bahn stations).
Convenient to get here by train from the airport and from the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Hotel breakfast is good with variety across the days.
The location is great for travel to and from Frankfurt airport. There is a shuttle bus free of charge and at a very low cost going to the airport. The room was quiet even though the hotel is so close to the airport. The breakfast was excellent and opened at 6:00 am which is great for those who travel early. Breakfast was included and the rate was reasonable. I would definitely stay again.
We were in Frankfurt for the night before a flight and we chose the hotel for its reasonable price. It turned out to be much better than we expected. A decent middle class place, with decent sized rooms. On the river. Only 7 minutes walk to Dom and easy 10 min to airport S train from Konstablerwache to airport. Friendly staff.
I was there for the Messe Frankfurt Fair. I loved how close this hotel was from the Fair & very close to Skyline shopping mall. Location is amazing. Close to all kind of transportations (metro, train, taxis, scooters… etc.) less than 15 mins from airport & downtown. Property is clean & has amazing amenities. Staff are wonderful.
The hotel has a good location, close to the Frankfurt Main Station (less than 10 minutes by walk), it is also close to tram stations and not too far from the city centre. The room is very comfortable, with two individual beds put together, broad space; the bathroom is clean and with good space as well.
- the location:
located right in the main square of old town Frankfurt, unbeatable location, you walk out of the hotel and it was full of life, many restaurants, cafes, Christmas markets etc
- very good price and quality
- self check in was easy
- room was big, bright and spacious
The location is good. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away on foot from the hotel. The same goes for the tram station. You can take the tram and then switch to get to downtown Frankfurt. This takes approximately 30 minutes. The breakfast was good. The room quite was large but dated.
A brand-spanking new high-rise hotel in the heart of Frankfurt. The location couldn’t be more convenient to the central station, Messe, and city center. The room was spacious, up to date, and offered an outstanding view of the Mainhattan skyline.
The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was way beyond what I expected for a budget hotel in the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel, near tram stops to get to old town & very near main station for airport access.
The hotel is situated near airport, so, it is a perfect place to spend a night before the early flight. The personal was nice. Bedroom was comfortable. There were clean towels in the bathroom.
