If you’re visiting Dusseldorf in February, you’ll witness the bright parade of Carnival. If you visit in July, you can take part in the Largest Fair on the Rhine. No matter what time of year you visit you will find a city bustling with festivals, art, music and museums.

Although not visited, there appears to be lots of Museums and Art galleries.
