Everything was great! The location is very good — close to the beach, bus station, and supermarket. The room was nice and clean. I especially loved having a kettle in the room so I could make my own coffee in the morning. 😊 There’s also a drying rack on the balcony, which is super handy for drying towels and clothes.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Literally from the moment we walked in, the experience was superb. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process seamless and pleasant, and they kept our stuff before our check in and after our check out, until we headed towards our flight. They were always available to answer questions. The dining room was great too, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff there were attentive and professional. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pool facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, provided a perfect place to relax, and it had a cool view as well. While all the amenities were excellent, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding attention to detail and care from every member of the staff. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests' experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, thank you guys for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Spring Arona Tenerife! 🌴 The food selection was fantastic with plenty of choices to suit everyone’s taste, and the restaurant team truly stood out — a special thanks to Carlos Perez for his exceptional service and kindness. The staff across the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with fun activities available throughout the day to keep things lively. Sun loungers were in high demand (perhaps a few more could be added), but they were cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The swimming pools were also regularly checked, keeping the water fresh and safe. Overall, the restaurant was the real highlight of our stay — top quality in both food and service. This is why we are happy return every year!

I love this hotel. I have been here 3 times now and will almost certainly book again for next year. I really like the pool area and the air conditioned studio apartment is perfect for myself and my son. The balcony is a nice size with plenty of room to sit comfortably and dry towels and swimming stuff on the airer. The TV was preset to English speaking channels including Film4. It was pleasant to be able to stay in some nights and watch TV (we pretended we were living in Tenerife!) The location of the hotel is great; close to some excellent restaurants and three good supermarkets. The beach and market are about 15 minutes walk away. There are some lovely little touches which make this hotel seem more than 3 stars; the welcome wine, water and chocolate are nice touches and toiletries including toothbrushes and a shaving kit are provided.
