the hotel is very convenient to the railway station and it is on a main road with good public transport to other parts of granada. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Staff VERY helpful and friendly. Thanks to you all!
breakfast not included and it is very expensive for what you get
We had a great time in Granada but we like the Vincci Soho in Madrid more.
Before booking this hotel, I had called them and asked for more information which they gave very happily. Location was very convenient as its very close to the Railway Station. Check-in process was fast. As per my request they had given us a room at 12th floor. Room was absolutely nice. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very cooperative. They arranged a tour of Flamenco Show which was just fabulous. Will definitely return to this hotel and recommend.
easy to communicate with staff and great facilities plenty to do close to the hotel
We parked the rental car and walked everywhere. Breakfast was spectacular. Room was large, well decorated and quiet.
Good bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Well heated.
Some of the reception staff need better training. Also the hotel is quite a walk from the centre of town: we know that but some guests may not. We stayed 2 nights and both nights, after eating in the town centre, we made our way back for coffees and drinks in the hotel bar. The first evening - no problems. The second - we arrived back at 5 to 11 and were VERY unhappy to be told by reception that the bar closes at 11pm - we know that not to be true as we'd been in it the night before! It is advertised within the hotel as being open till midnight. The bar was closed despite it not even being 11. The receptionist was not very helpful - certainly not apologetic. The're aren't many late night places near the hotel but we found one eventually. We mentioned the matter when checking out the next day but have heard no more.
View from window
There is no opportunity to leave laggage on reception before check in
The front of house staff were very helpful.convenient location for evening restaurants, also very secure parking.
Disappointed there was no restaurant as advertised. Breakfast times were not quite as advertised in the booklet in the room.
The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the train station. Also the Cathedral and plaza nueva are in a short walking distance.
Last minute booking, faultless service by all reception staff. Arrived hours before booking in time but room was ready. Had asked for quiet, twin- bedded room and that was exactly what we got. Lovely room, perfect in every way. Was able to leave luggage when booking out so we could enjoy a few more hours in Granada. Have recommended it to friends and would definitely stay again.
Only booked for room only as I thought the price of breakfast was rather steep and there were plenty of cafes around for a variety of breakfasts.
This is a comfortable place, located within walking distance to the Cathedral but not in the middle of it all, so you are guaranteed a quiet night sleep. It has parking which you need to pay for, and this is a bonus since parking in Granada is impossible. The room is comfortable and clean.
The rooms were large and clean. Car parking was great. Coffee was fine. Staff were courteous and helpful. The location was fine, not central but great for people becoming by car. We will come back
Yet another hotel with two beds side by side. Turn to say goodnight to the wife and disappear down the hole in the middle. I thought the Spanish were romantic. Breakfast also a problem. Granada is an international destination especially for Muslims so why is breakfast pork, pork, pork. Why not think of others? Internet was hopeless. I had to pay a lot to use Skype internet which is available.
Very easy to find - on the main road into and out of Granada. Valet parking worked well - no worries about looking for parking. Breakfast was quite good, but perhaps a bit expensive. Easy walking to main sites of interest. We choose the hotel primarily because we were nervous about driving around Granada - it was a good decision. It's an OK corporate hotel.
Faded corporate décor - doesn't look good when you arrive.
Location Garage available
Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
A cold shower at 9am and don't leave your breakfast table for a moment or you'll find it cleared by the time you get back
Very nice and large room, the bed was super comfortable. I liked that it was possible to get a price for a room without breakfast.
No wifi in the room
Close to city center. Do not need bus.
Impresse by rudeness of some people at desk. Fair clean room, maybe too small. The official pictures do not show what this place really is. Location is near the center, but the hotel is a big old building between other not good looking big buildings.
Rooms were great, breakfast acceptable. The staff were very nice with good views if you get the right room
Internet access was there but very slow, also the location could have been better. There are few restaurants close by
Spacious room with a wonderful view of the old town an the Alhambra. We were lucky enough to be on the 15th floor, with a large balcony, and also to have been on this side of the hotel. Staff were helpful, e.g. on arrival the car was taken for us to the garage and returned on departure.
The furnishings and decor were all a bit tired. The complimentary WiFi was almost unusably slow, which is not really acceptable these days. The choice and quality of food at breakfast was not up to standard for a 4star hotel. Not as good as the Vincci Lys where we had stayed recently in Valencia. There was no pool or gym and the bar adjacent to the small reception was tiny. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and not particularly efficient. So something of a curate's egg, we can't see how it retains its 4 stars but wasn't bad value.
It's a complex that has everything you need or want for a short stopover.
The meagre breakfast included in the deal.
Location is alright. Room with allocated parking and breakfast included. Spacious room.
No facilities (gym, pool, café, etc) Very old hotel, no kettle in room, poor hair dryer... A bit noisy, even when 14th floor.
This hotel is right in the centre of Granada, with wonderful views of either Granada itself or, from our room, the magnificent Alhambra Palace. Staff were great and very helpful. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Granada!
