Beautiful location. Very close to the bridge going onto Skye. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Booked 4 beds in a 4 bed room, and the bathroom was next door.

New, clean property with a world class view. Linens and such were excellent. Soaps deserve a special mention as they were the best. Shower works great, it is solar heated but has a booster. Location was good with Red Skye restaurant a few blocks away (wonderful place). The fire pit was welcome on a cold evening. Also close to a Co-op store, about 4 miles away. Smart tv and wifi as well. Would stay here again!

Right in the middle of the city with a great view! There was just a couch when we just entered the room and then another, separate room with the bed, table and bathroom. So, it was very convenient for our family of 4 to have some privacy.
In a picturesque bay in the south of Skye, this hotel has beautiful views over the Sound of Sleat and the distant hills of Knoydart.

I stayed here several years ago and wanted to come back. Unfortunately we had some car issues so we didn't arrive until late in the evening but we very much enjoyed our drams! I would stay here again and know I would be very comfortable.

We enjoyed the location very much. Broadford is quiet little village, not as crowded as Portree, but there are several good options for lunch and dinner, including an excellent restaurant at the House of Juniper. The breakfasts there were excellent.
Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a nice view out toward the loch. The owner, Mike, was very friendly and helpful. The property is quite large, so the setting is quiet and peaceful, and there is plenty of space for parking.

we arrived around 3pm on the Thursday, there was a note on the door to tell you where to go to pick up keys and that check in wasn't until 4pm. We went to see if there was a chance of checking in early but there was no one there. we went to see if the attatched bar/restaurant was open to get a drink but that didn't open until 4.30pm, we went to another nearby bar where we had a couple of drinks and a lovely chat with the barman. We went back again around 4.10pm and there was still no one there we were about to go out again when a lady appeared, she gave us our room key and slips for breakfast, we went tour room which was in the eaves of the house room was very small and cramped the tea and coffe tray was on a chair below the hangers for your clothes/coats which wasn't ideal. We went into the ajoined bar had a couple of drinks and had a look at the menu

The location was just for a stop over on our way to Falkirk.
The bed had seen better days as the springs had gone and were very uncomfortable and noisy with little movement. The floorboards also were very noisy from upstairs and when moving around the room.

Scenery was nice.
Scenery was nice. You definitely need a car as a lot of walking and also you are depending on transport, which is unreliable. No shops only the Coop. If you have no car you have to walk over two bridges and back to get food. A few restaurants.Didn’t realise how far the guest house from the station was. We walked it in bad weather and it took us nearly 40 mins. It was definitely an experience. It’s a day visit place or a base to drive to other places.

The shops do get overrun by tourists often so can be difficult to get basic needs when coachloads of people are trying to get trinkets and tatt. But the views from everywhere on this island are stunning, no matter where. Kyleakin is just the first of many on your journey round.
When we arrived, we found out that the hotel was closed and that our booking had been cancelled (I hadn't logged in to booking.com to read any messages). However, the owner, tried her best for us and after ringing around the other local places for us-all full, agreed to put us up for our stay of one night and arranged breakfast for us in the morning. Of the 3 places to eat in Kyleakin, we ate in Castle Moil as they were happy to accommodate us and our little dog and the food and atmosphere was enjoyable
The lady who runs the hostel is SO NICE! I stayed in the main part, so I can't speak to the caravans. The rooms are a good size. There's one toilet and one shower per floor, it looked like. There were no lockers, so bring a bag lock if you need it. It felt a bit rustic, but clean and safe (if you're familiar with Skye, you'll see it saves you a ton of money). There's really nothing in Kyleakin (though Eilean Donan Castle is close), so everyone is on their way somewhere else.
Peter was a great host communication was good ahead of arrival , Peter showed us around the unit .
The accommodation was really comfortable. Great powerful shower own outside space allocated parking .
If you like coffee the coffee machine was a great added touch, tea
Coffee was complementary.
Great location and was perfect for our short stay at the Isle of Skye .
Exceeded expectations in every way! Very comfortable, tastefully and modernly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Comfy living room. Everything was clean. Check in and out was straightforward. Place was easy to find with ample parking. Really enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again if we return to Isle of Skye.
Saucy Mary’s is the perfect hostel to stay at if you’re planning on travelling to the Isle of Skye. Yes it is a hostel, but the rooms and bathroom were very clean and the adjoining restaurant serves amazing food and drink. Definitely would stay again
The location was great for us since it is right at the edge of isle of skye, which made it easier when returning the next day. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was also good and helped us start the day with a full stomach ;)
Janette was a very welcoming and helpful host. The location is great allowing easy access both to Skye itself and to the mainland. The house provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay including dishwasher and washing machine.
We had a warm room and a roof over our heads for the two days we were on Skye. We appreciated the towel warmer in the bathroom very much. The bedding seemed clean. The staff was polite and helped us out as best they could.
Just book here for Isle of Skye trip. I was booked somewhere else but changed to this near my trip dates. It turned out to be the best thing I did. The hosts are amazingly kind people. I will return back with family again.
The rooms were very clean, warm and comfortable. Hot drinks and breakfast items provided in room. Excellent location for the trip we planned. Will stay there again when I visit Skye next time!
Laurie is an amazing host, nice warm atmosphere :) Breakfast is of great quality and variety (e.g. vegetarian)! Good place to stay, if you want to wander around on the isle of Skye
The breakfast was amazing, it was nice that there was a restaurant right next to the property it made it easier since it had been a long travelling day to the Isle of Skye
Perfect location for Isle of Skye & very friendly, clean and comfy. Perfect view in our family room. Free tea coffee & herbal tea was icing on the cake
