Very small room more like a prison cell very hot uncomfortable and a constant humming noise from the equipment outside the window. A terrible disgrace for a room. All this and we asked for a quiet peaceful room when we booked! A shocking disgrace. We left early and did not stay the second night despite prepaying in full. We demand a full refund please… the hotel manager is aware and suggested this request is made through you.

Convenient parking, town centre location, Didn't eat there this time, but have done so before and it was excellent.

The location is lovely right at the river and breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. There’s a full bar on premises so that made for a fun evening after we’d travelled all day.

I liked it that the hotel/pub was dog friendly. There was a good choice of food available and the place was a good base for visiting the local area.
