This is a large Victorian apartment with high ceilings and cornices . The rooms are all large ,spacious to accommodate large groups . Plenty of diningroom space . The place is located in the city centre ,surrounded by local wine shops as well as quality variety of restaurants. The added beauty is it's located walking distance to Holyroad park and commonwealth pool. The apartment is located on the first floor and has roughly 8/9 steps to the flat . As seen from the pictures the large living room as a 70"tv with full home cinema system to enjoy a good movie after a night out in Edinburgh. The bus service local to all parts of Edinburgh. There is a small communal garden at the rear of the property .
The grange area is one Edinburghs desirable area surround by variety of local restaurants and specialist wine shops . The quite area of the grange is close to Holyroad place ,and Holyroad park .
