The Rudloe Near Bath, hotel in Corsham

Located in Corsham, 6.6 miles from Lacock Abbey, The Rudloe Near Bath has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.

Loved the eclectic display of Photos & artwork 2D & 3D plus the 4 comfortable lounges and the decor of our bedroom (122) - Andy Warhol prints and (genuine/otherwise) mouse-man furnishings. Shower room facilities very good plus comfortable/constant temperature and warm comfortable bedding. Intriguing Gothic main building and modern annexe. As requested (due to our age) we were conveniently located on ground floor close to entrance/exit. Marco Pierre also 'graced us' with his presence at breakfast one morning.

It’s clearly isn’t it you’d think down to the management to clearly ask the question to are we just cancelling the car parking charge or cancelling the whole booking so we’re was there duty of care to us instead they take all my money I actually thought was £460 whilst looking back on this booking it was actually £479 something pence they claimed they have staff to consider paying and couldn’t rekey the room so loose out themselfs basically so I ask again we’re is the duty of care to us intact as I “said” it’s shameful disgusting and as for looking at the small print there policy “they are at fault I believe for clearly assuming not phoning or emailing us back to ask if this was the care parking fee or whole booking being cancelled ! They clearly could of comprised with given half of our money back “But it’s greed on there behalf losing out them selfs and don’t believe our room was not given to another customer especially sitting lying empty for 4 days oh no they clearly are unprofessional

This is a beautiful and unusual hotel owned by a man and run by a staff who are deeply committed to hospitality. The meals were just amazing, the interior design is gorgeous and distinctive and the landscaping is designed around sustainable practices where grasses are permitted to grow wild but paths and walkways are carefully maintained so that the property can be enjoyed as much outside as inside.

A wonderful unique hotel in stunning surroundings - beautifully landscaped. The interior is an homage to the 80s and 90s and the Patron’s stellar career in London and internationally. Fabulously comfortable, welcoming and so very different - we will keep returning. Thanks to Guy who looked after us well in between the foliage!! Thank you!

We love love love this hotel! We’ve already recommended it to friends, and would stay again in a heartbeat. Our room and bed were soft and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to help us several times. The room came with breakfast, but since we had to leave early they even packed it up so nicely for us to take on the road.

Very close to the centre of Corsham and lovely walk in ground of Corsham Court. Easy access to the bus to Bath. Friendly hosts. Quiet area. Parking on street, but was OK to get a spot. Limited shops and restaurants but more than enough for a few days. I had lovely food out. Love the quirky decor and being able to chat at breakfast.

Parking next to the property. Clean, modern, quality accommodation. Small terrace next to a field with lovely views. Surrounding area is excellent - Corsham in particular is a gem. The Quarryman's pub up the hill is excellent - superb views, good beer and I assume great food because they were booked up for days on end.

It’s a lovely house, furnished with antique furniture and attractive old prints. The grounds are beautiful. The location is excellent just outside the lovely little town of Corsham and the stunning Corsham Court (open to visitors.) It must once have been a gracious and comfortable hotel.
