The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a French door that opened out so it was airy. There were good breakfast foods and fruit, hot chocolate sachets and marshmallows. The bed had lovely white sheets.

Located in Corsham, Alexander House offers self-catering accommodations with free Wi-Fi access. The period Georgian apartment is located on the first floor. We loved the elegant, spacious sitting room. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed might have been the most comfortable we've ever slept in! The village is very picturesque with plenty of places to have coffee, lunch, dinner or buy art or books. We heard some live music on Saturday morning and visited a monthly craft fair.

Stayed for 6 nights whilst down for daughters wedding. Exquisite room, best nights sleep i have ever had in a bed and breakfast. Hosts were great people and left you to yourself. Breakfast was exactly how i liked it, with no fuss. Will definitely be using again when visiting daughters.

Located in Corsham in the Wiltshire region, Self-contained Apartment features a patio. The loaf of freshly baked bread was delicious (I took some home at the end of my stay for my mum to try and she also agrees). The apartment is a good size, and the kitchen area has a good amount of resources for making a decent meal. The wifi is good, and the bed is very comfortable. There is a very reasonable shower (walk in - which is always best!), and it is in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac, so perfect for a good nights sleep after a long day.
Corsham is a beautiful, picturesque village with access to a number of pubs, restaurants and shops. Corsham has a lovely church and country parkland with a beautiful lake. It also has easy access to other Cotswold towns including Lacock and Chippenham. It is well worth a visit
Corsham is a delightful little place with many period buildings and and a pleasant High Street. However, it was disappointing to see so many houses spoiled by replacement aluminium fenestration and cheap doors. This disrespects Corsham's rich architectural heritage. It contrasts with the nearby suburb of Pickwick where this has not happened. Wake up Corsham, and get a conservation architect to advise you on what to do, and you have the potential to give Laycock a run for its money, which would generate more £££ for your businesses. After a recent visit to Bowood, we found a visit to Corsham Court mildly depressing.
Lovely old town, lots of walks, shops, pubs, and plenty of cosy places to eat. Very central to lots of interesting venues, regular bus services to Bath. A visit to Lacock where Harry Potter was filmed, lots of National Trust places to visit.
There is plenty of walking in the area of Corsham Corsham is easily accessible by public transport (at least 1/2 hourly weekdays) and less frequent on Sunday - it is the X31 Faresaver bus from Bath Bus station to Chippenham Swimming pool within easy reach One main supermarket (coop) and local independent shops veg, bakery, butchers, most places walkable
I'm a bit confused about this additional information request as I have just added a review. However, I would not recommend the 2 bedroom house. I can't comment on the rest of the accommodation options but from the previous reviews these seem a better option. Just to reiterate some points. Lacking basic items such as mirrors, locks on bathroom door, window covering in bedrooms, only 1 teaspoon, no welcome pack, light in living area not working, dust on high touch areas such as light switches is of concern is covid times, dust and finger prints in other areas, orange juice carton was already open, meat products left despite telling host we are vegetarian. Regular noise from trains day and night. Highly flammable propane container near to back window, area around house is a building site, house building work still in progress.
Beautiful town, we used it as a base for our 2 night stay and walked around the town in the evening so no shops were open so can’t comment on those but it was very clean and had lovely character, met one of the peacocks. We ate in the Indian restaurant (think it was called the moonlight lounge) which was very nice. Would have liked to have had the time to spend more time in the town but too many other places to see in the area.
Corsham
Great location just a short drive/walk from the centre of Corsham. This was a holiday let with two apartments, we had the top floor. All the basic facilities there i.e. drink making facilities, plates, cutlery, fridge and basic breakfast goodies like bread, cereals, milk etc. two seater sofa near a TV, large bathroom, double bedroom and a spare bed as requested. Very clean, great wifi connection and secure parking. Host lovely and there if needed but didn't intrude on the stay. Will definitely look this place up when next in Corsham.
Corsham
Everything! The staff are lovely, the room was exceptionally nice and cosy with fantastic amenities; I've stayed in top hotels in London that didn't provide a minibar as good as this! Breakfast and dinner was phenomenal, lovely atmosphere in the evening too. Surroundings are so beautiful and you can go on some lovely walks. Feels like a family run establishment but I don't think it is which shows just how sweet the staff are. Will definitely come back when in Bath!
Corsham
The Forge is a lovely cottage in a family run farm with a view of the local surroundings and a bonus view to the farm. We like every part of our short stay and we will definitely book again. Han was a fantastic host and she made us feel very relaxed and like at home. We were nicely surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine and delicious homemade cookies. Kids definitely enjoyed the cookies :). The cottage is in a quiet part of Corsham and we loved the area very much.
Corsham
We absolutely loved our stay at the Horse Barn - the cottage was even lovelier than we imagined. Han had kindly decorated with a Christmas tree and it was so cosy and welcoming. The rooms were all very spacious, the beds comfy and the shower powerful. The kitchen was well-stocked, crockery and utensil-wise - I cooked a full Christmas dinner with no problems. It's a perfect, peaceful getaway but within easy reach of many beautiful Wiltshire towns.
Corsham
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The property has many old world charms, with all that entails - low headroom, tricky door handles and many cosy nooks and crannies - a very peaceful and relaxing location (despite being on the end of the High Street) - if we’d wanted a modern chain hotel, we would have stayed in one! The Methuen Arms was ideally situated for our needs.
Corsham
OK the centre of Corsham is attractive and quaint. During COVID pubs and restaurants are shut so the pedestrian centre becomes quiet and relaxed. The apartment is in the very centre of Corsham and is surrounded by food and drink places (then closed) which is good if you looking for a busy time but may be very different in normal times.
The fridge was full of food for us. Caravan in a lovely spot, ideal for our dog to run around and explore safely. The caravan was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. There is a pub 5 minutes up the road. Corsham is such a pretty and well kept town and well worth a visit.
Corsham
Very clean apartment with comfortable large bed. TV choice good, own driveway parking. Excellent location for Bath and surrounding area in a quiet part of Corsham.
Corsham
It’s a stay in a very comfortable home. It’s in a great location in picturesque Corsham. The host is very laid back & makes you feel very welcomed to her home.
I loved the view from the bedroom. The area is nice and quiet. I also thought the location was good.
