Nothing. It is small and looks nothing like their pictures. When asked why is our room so tiny and nothing like the pictures the manager got on he’s high horse talking about this ain’t your usually big hotel, they are only small and starting up so I should be considerate. How about no, show the rooms for what they really are not surprise people when they get there.

Altrincham is a little market town, with nice shops and plenty coffee houses and bars.
It's very pleasant in the summer. Lots of places to eat outside, plus there is an indoor market hall for eating. Great for children.
There is great transport links to get to wherever you wish. Airport, Manchester City centre ect!
Basically anywhere, there is transport to get you there.

Helpful, friendly staff and an okay buffet breakfast but the room was basic and very noisy from traffic. If you live in a quiet place remember to ask for a room away from the road. It was a COSY king room, all bed (two singles pushed together) without much space, very basic compact bathroom all looked a little tired.

Its a very nice little town with decent town centre despite there being two big supermsrkets in the middle . Good wetherspoons and lots of cafes . The Metro into Manchester is fab and easy to use . A nice feel about the streets and quite relaxed. Even the rough sleepers are posh ..

I only stsyed here because of the cheap bnb easy access by both bus and train (bus £3.80 single) from Msnchester airport when forced to find overnight accommodation. Just up the road from bnb Stamford Park was a pleasant open space.

A charming town centre, plenty of outside dinning and pubs. Hotel 10 mins from travel interchange, giving access to trams, rail and bus. Easy access to Manchester, Trafford Centre and Airport. Town felt safe day and night. Quite affluent area.

We have wanted to stay in Altrincham for a while and almost booked one of the hotels. However, we found and chose Ashfield. We have thoroughly enjoyed our little stay. It is such a cosy property. The owner obviously has high standards, as this is evident in the detail. The bed/bedding/pillows were super comfortable. The hosting was abssolutely perfect. Couldn't fault a thing. It is a short walk from a Tesco Extra, Sainsburys, Vue and the town centre. We will definately be returning.
Location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and close to Altrincham town centre, Tesco and Sainsbury's - plus many takeaways and restaurants. Cooking facilities in room and fridge and brew making facilities. Fridge is quiet and as a light sleeper can report it didn't keep me awake.
Nothing. It was all dreadful. The hotel refused to reply to Booking.com and also refused to reply to me when we were seeking to cancel or change to booking due to there being no trains running on the hottest day of the year and rail companies telling passengers not to travel.
This is a high quality appartment a pleasant 10 minute walk from the centre of Altrincham or the tram into Manchester. The facilities are exceptional. I could not have been looked after better. Probably the best stay I have had. Would definitely come back.
The location of this hotel is perfect. It's very near to town centre (just 5 min walk), Manchester airport (15 min drive) and green spaces.
Rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic.
Breakfast is delicious with multiple options such as omelette, porridge.
good sized property, garden was good for the kids, off street parking (would have been a nightmare without it as was a match day and there was no off street parking available. Altrincham football ground is at the end of the road
Good stay but within a family home so not as prestine as hotel environment and not as organised but sufficient for what i needed. Cheap and host is friendly. Convenient to town centre and amenities
Friendly, polite & helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Altrincham is an amazing little town & only a 5 minute walk away & the metro line into Manchester 2-3 minutes more.
Comfortable, spacious. All mod cons!
Couple of convenience stores, 2 takeaways and a bakery on the doorstep as well as easy access to local park and Altrincham centre.
Very close to markets, train station, hockey rink and many pubs/ restaurants. Altrincham is a wonderful area to visit. The hotel is in an ideal location.
We loved our stay at Ashfield and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area. The service was amazing very welcoming, and helpful.
