Located 5 minutes from the center of Sale, NormanHurst Hotel is a former 19th-century manor house set on prestigious Brooklands Road. As the rooms are in a separate building. There is minimal contact with other guests and as i was working the gardens were nice to look at.
Set in picturesque mature gardens in Sale, 19th-century Belmore Hotel has free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Metrolink service to Manchester city center. Huge room Amazing meal in the evening - I had steam and chips and it was delicious Staff very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful Excellent place to stay and much nicer than the local chain hotels
Trivelles Belforte Hotel is a Victorian property with many original features in Sale town center. Very nice place, room was nice an clean. TV was a good size as well. Located in Sale, just a 15-minute drive from Manchester’s lively center, the 4-star Eskdale Lodge has 2 cozy bars and a restaurant. There is free parking and traditional rooms with free Wi-Fi. the staff were lovely with me and my friend, they even helped us with parking for the days after our booking as we had a flight and would be back in a few days and they let us have our car parked at their hotel. We are very grateful
Rose View A lovely private 1 Bed Bungalow in Sale in Sale provides accommodations with free WiFi, 2 miles from Sale Water Park. The property is rather a long walk from Sale town centre in the pleasant residential neighbourhood of Ashton-on-Mersey. I came from Manchester Piccadilly Station by taxi at a cost of almost £20. Later I found out that there was a good bus route, the 263, which I used on my return trip. For my purposes, the accommodation offered was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, with a pleasant view on to the garden. Everything I needed was provided and the hosts were friendly and helpful, yet discreet.
Located in Manchester, within 2.1 miles of Old Trafford Stadium and 3.4 miles of Manchester Museum, Bowling Green provides accommodations with a restaurant and a bar, and free WiFi. Great people, great atmosphere pub, all cosy, clean, efficient, with a personal touch. Will definitely be coming back.
Deafening music from function room ruined our stay. Numerous stairs between entrance/bar/restaurant and rooms. Large room. Comfy bed. Very large bathroom with separate bath and shower. (Room3). No place in shower for toiletries. Bath does not have grab bars. Toilet roll sits on shelf behind toilet- so not in reach.
Excellent walk along the canal path from the accomodation to Sale, takes about ten minutes and here you can find areasonable range of shops and services along with a good selection of cafes and restaurants, Sale is not a place to spend the whole day but is worth having a few hours there before continuing the walk along the canal to Trafford Water Park.
The hotel is about 6 mins drive from Sale, nice handy place to stay. Easy access to Manchester by Tram from Sale. Short drive to Altrincham (recommend for dining and shopping) and very close to National Trust properties Dunham Massey and Quarry Bank Mill
Affluent and very clean town in the suburbs of Manchester. Excellent transport links to explore Greater Manchester. Lots of good quality local food shops, eateries and pubs. Attractions for both singles and married couples, including the wide open spaces of Sale Water Park.
I stopped in Sale because it is close to Manchester and was ideal place to re-kindle memories of University. There was a very good Italian restaurant close by just off the high street and plenty of alternatives.
Stayed overnight as we were going to Old Trafford for the game. Apart from the hotel we stayed in the only experience of Sale was having an evening meal at "The Little B" pub, wouldn't recommend it.
The Penthouse is cleverly designed and well appointed. The location was great, moments from Sale - to Manchester tram station, almost on the canal which is lovely to walk along and surrounded by bars, restaurants and other places to eat. could have been noisy was it wasn’t .very effective and responsive heating system.
Very warm and welcoming guesthouse and excellent rooms that are well decorated and maintainer. The breakfast is fabulous and there is parking round the back. Next time i am in Manchester I will be for sure booking here.
