Great apartment in a great location central to all local amenities. The hosts kept in touch and were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and would have let us leave later than check-out time if we had needed to.

Really pretty, lovely clean sandy beaches. A small seaside town with only a small shopping area with small independent stores. Some nice restaurants.
As with many seaside towns there are some closed down shops and more maintenance needed in places, a little jaded in parts. However the main town Beach, Viking Bay is one of the prettiest I’ve seen. Residents were friendly and it felt safe.

Do not visit in the winter or when it is raining. The menu is very limited at weekends and if there is a function at the time of visit, you can forget about any available facilities in the hotel.
We booked tea for one evening and this was extremely disappointing for the amount of money charged.

There are lots of independent cafés, restaurants and shops, beautiful sandy beach. It’s easy to visit nearby coastal towns like Margate where you can visit the Turner Contemporary - highly recommended.

Been scores of times over my life - this was the first long weekend to see relatives who now live in Broadstairs - it's a beautiful English seaside town with tons of history and the best beaches, I think, in the south of England - wonderful for summer swimming (especially stone bay). has a great community feel, good restaurants and pubs and is wonderful for kids and oldies alike.

we had a stake evening meal meal that was expensive and was a small portion for the price the cooked for was OK but not what i was expecting from what is presumed to be a high class hotel that fell well short of expectations. i would NOT stay there again mainly because there is NO parking at the hotel and it made exploring the area not some to do as you would not know where you could park the car when returning.
Amazing house in a perfect location, so close to the town and the beach but lovely and quiet and with parking too!! Gina was such an attentive host and so helpful and friendly! The house is incredible, furnishings are amazing and all such high quality. There is everything you could possibly need, beds so comfortable and wonderful showers! We would love to return to this haven in Broadstairs! We had a fabulous weekend! Highly recommend
A hidden gem of property, my first and only choice to stay whilst in Broadstairs visiting family and friends - perfect location for the town. Right on your doorstep. The property is just fantastic can’t fault it in anyway. Excellent host and such a wonderful comfy cosy flat with everything you need to short or longer stay. Clean , fresh linen, lovely bed . Just super 10/10
We had an amazing stay in this luxury apartment. Very spacious and stylish and just a short drive away from Margate, Broadstairs, and Ramsgate. Our host was very friendly and thoughtful and even provided us with breakfast and snack items. The beds were super comfortable. Everything from decor to amenities was well thought out. We would love to stay again!
From housekeeping, through to the bar, restaurant , reception and spa staff all were courteous and efficient. Restaurant food was first class and our room was extremely comfortable. An added touch was some complimentary biscuits as well as hot chocolate in addition to the usual tea and coffee. Hotel is only a 6 or 7 minute walk to Broadstairs seafront.
I liked everything about the property.
The staff were professional, friendly , helpful, the location was great and nice.
The room was very clean and had all the facilities I needed.
It is an exceptional nice Hotel.
The best hotel in Broadstairs.
Breakfast was cooked by a ‘Professional Cook’ was very delicious to an exceptional standard.
great room.Breakfast delivered to door due to covd, select from menu the day before, presented beautifully in a wooden box warm croissants, fresh juice, yogurts etc. Coffee available all day and nibbles in the lounge area. Location a few minutes from the beach with parking. Would definitely recommend.
Only a one night stay but everything we needed - very comfortable, clean, kitchen with plenty of stuff to make tea, coffee, toast etc and a warm welcome from Annette. Parking space in front of the building. Only five minutes walk from the bandstand on the front. Would highly recommend the apartment
Our room 601 was at the top of the hotel with a glass turret providing excellent views. It is very spacious for 2 adults, probably less so with 4 people. Breakfasts were great; and Botany Bay provides a sandy beach, 2-3 miles walking distance from 2 large resorts, Broadstairs and Margate.
bedroom was clean and the bed was super comfy, had a great nights sleep. Accommodation is separate from the pub so you don’t hear any noise. I didn’t have the breakfast but it looked good, full English for under £10! lots of free parking and ideal spot for visiting the Kent Coast
Location is great - we love Broadstairs. Breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't change so we got what we expected in terms of accommodation. Staff were helpful and friendly and working to covid guidelines.
Location was amazing - a lovely beach stones throw from the front door. Parking is a huge bonus in this part of the coast. The apartment had everything you needed and more. Very well decorated and clean.
Quiet location but really convenient for station/shops/restaurants and beach.
Lovely retro town offering easy access to other Kent seaside locations and Canterbury.
Would definitely go again.
Good value accommodation with good air con and other facilities. Breakfast was optional, but well priced. Plenty of parking in a location that was good for touring the north Kent coast.
A lot of thought went into making a tasty and unusual choice of breakfasts - very generous.
A perfect place to stay to visit Broadstairs and the beaches.
Really friendly.
Excellent host, helpful with car parking. Lovely breakfast well cooked with good ingredients. Property of character. Great location for seafront and town centre
Great location, friendly welcoming staff, lovely big room and the dinner was well worth staying at the hotel for. We would certainly come again. Top marks! 😉
