3 star Hotel, 5 star values. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, very clean and welcoming. Old building but modernised, the bed had 3 USBs on either side. The food was amazing in the restaurant as well as breakfast. Really recommend this hotel.

Holt still retains it's old English style character, a very pleasant small town to visit with some nice shops to look around if you like that sort of thing along with a couple of nice pubs & cafes.

Holt was festive and fabulous.
Holt was festive and fabulous. It has a good range of shops, places of interest and walking opportunities. The Christmas lights and decorations are obviously a big attraction and provide a lovely atmosphere. All very gentle and calm.

Many interesting shops, such as Bakers and Larner, Joules, Weird Fish etc., Byfords great for food either breakfast or dinner, also for fresh bread and cakes to take away, Follies tea room very quaint. In places the roads are narrow would be better one-way traffic especially around Byfords.

Upmarket town with lots of independent shops, easy access to the coast, beware of high parking charges, good, free parking, and toilets at Cley & Blakeney village hall, (£5.40 for 3 hours at Weybourne "beach") The train to Sheringham is a nice trip, the seafront museum is very good.

Great part of the North Norfolk coast nice area quiet well placed property close to the town center you're able to walk in within 15 minutes relatively close to shopping so again possibility that you can't walk to the local supermarket full stop new line the overall good property small enough to be cozy large enough to car accommodate up to four adults
The View was the perfect holiday location for us. It was beautifully decorated and the views from the living area were simply wonderful. Combined with the blue skies we could have been in Umbria! Holt is such a lovely little town to explore and everything was on the doorstep, yet wonderfully quiet at night. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, homely, quiet and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have spent a little more time in it - we were attending a wonderful family wedding at nearby Voewood. We hope very much we can return.
We loved the rural location. Just a few minutes from Holt, and just a few minutes the other way to Sheringham. We were warmly welcomed by Lorraine when we arrived, and told everything we needed to know including useful suggestions on dining out.
Breakfast was plentiful, freshly made and delicious. The room was beautifully appointed, and full of light from the wide window that offered a view of the surrounding fields, where hares and deer came to entertain us right on cue.
Great apartment and location for visiting Norfolk coast .Lovely town of Holt walking distance- lots of craft shops/vintage stores cafes/pubs.
Apartment was perfect for our needs with a very well equipped kitchen and DVD collection!
Budgens is opposite so really handy for food shopping/milk/etc.
Evgueni really helpful and showed us how cooker/Tv worked and nice bottle of chilled fizz in fridge for us on arrival!Thank you-we would love to come back and stay another time.
The breakfast was very good, self serve, food items replenished often.
Room was higher price but higher standard than some other hotels we have stayed in so would say a decent price for decent accommodation.
Holt itself is quiet and upmarket compared to the big coastal towns, good food places (so much so, lots get booked up early), independent smaller shops but not too far from coast or bigger ,more usual high street shopping.
We loved our stay at Chez Marguerite. It had everything we could need for a weekend away, plus a few luxuries and thoughtful touches. The hut was surprisingly spacious and an easy walk from Holt. We also very much enjoyed our feline visitors: Mackerel, Ralph and Boots. In fact, we had such a nice time that we decided to stay an extra night, which Karoline was happy to arrange despite the short notice.
Lorraine’s attention to detail was exceptional! The standard of the breakfast served was better than some hotels offer! Five star’s Lorraine!
The property was spotlessly clean and as only two rooms are let at the property, the standard maintained is way above the average BB.
The property is close to Holt, Cromer and Sheringham, so it’s in a convenient location. Its a great place to stay!
Perfect hosts, lovely food, well located for all Holt and good bus links to many excellent walks and attractions. A very animal friendly B&B. I felt very warm and comfortable and at home. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate my needs and help with anything I needed, and were friendly and chatty. I would happily say again. Thanks for a lovely 4nights :)
A totally faultless place for us with a perfect host in Mo. We very much enjoyed our stay which comes with the most delicious breakfast. Location wise it is peaceful and close enough to Holt and the North Norfolk coastline.
Mo gave us a wealth information and superbly looked after our stay. We hope to be back again in the future.
A beautiful cosy bolt hole for a couple. Interiors are lovely. The large bed was very comfy on the mezzanine level next to a small shower room. Spiral staircase up to the bed/bathroom area was fine for us but maybe not for everyone. Will return if we ever visit North Norfolk again near to Blakeney and Holt.
Great location, only 10 minutes walk to Holt and 2 minutes off the A148 which is a good link road to explore this lovely part of Norfolk. The cottage is really well equipt and was a home from home with comfy beds and a fantastic sunny garden. We will definitely re-book this cottage another time.
After a trip around Scotland and the North of England staying in a variety of hotels, the breakfast at Keeper Cottage was by far the best we had by a long way. Everything in the guest house is up to a very high standard. We especially liked the friendly, homely atmosphere of the place.
The location was perfect and we liked that it was upside down as that made for fabulous views. it’s beautiful decorated, there’s a well equipped kitchen, very comfy sofa and beds, and a good smart TV. Parking was a few minutes walk away but still a bonus in Holt. Overall we loved it.
the property is central for Holt, you can walk into Holt in 2 mins. the hotel was nicely decorated, the staff were friendly and obliging and there’s a cosy bar on site. the food was good. we are in the restaurant one evening and that was well received too.
A lovely calm, cosy, relaxing apartment with the benefit of private parking. Has a really comfy bed & a great shower, excellent location being close to Holt's shops, cafes & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay & look forward to return visit.
Very clean & modern public house & rooms. Fabulous menu & food if dining, for lunch or dinner. Excellent surroundings, garden & ample parking available. Within walking distance of Holt.
Good access to North Norfolk and local amenities. Very spacious and private. Basic but functional facilities (hot water, electricity, stove, fire pit) - better than we had expected.
It was in a perfect location for everything Holt has to offer and all of North Norfolk. I liked that the property was light and bright and a very pleasant space to be in.
