Lively little town.
Lively little town. Many of the houses are painted in 'icecream' colours. The only downside when I was there was that they had closed off the harbour for major flood construction work so yiu couldn't walk around it. The riverside walk is lovely. Wonderful variety of excellent restaurants locally - the Harbourmaster Hotel ; Y Seler and The Hive in particular - friendly helpful people wherever you go. A storm hit the weekend we were visiting but the Pod was warm and cosy. There is a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, plates, glasses etc. The bed was quite comfortable, lovely fur throws and blankets. I’d love to visit in the summer months and enjoy the outdoor amenities. Roweena & Keith were very responsive via messaging and arranged for birthday bunting and wine for my husband, it looked great on arrival.
