Excellent large room overlooking the trees out front. Welcoming staff who helped carry out bags up the stairs, noticing my injured hand. Pleasant lady in the spacious breakfast room, who was efficient and helpful. Handy position just off the busy A34, great for a stopover.

Staff very friendly, courteous and polite. We were upgraded on our arrival to a premium room with a balcony. Breakfast and staff were exceptional. Presentation of the food and quality excellent.
