Peak season will definitely make this town more lively with more shops open. We came during early April, and the beaches are empty (which could be great if you prefer to keep the beach to yourself). The drive around the island is interesting as most roads are narrow with hills. Recommend to go with the full insurance option if it's not expensive as precocious. There are water taxi options to transport to another beaches, and I recommend that over driving if driving is not your forte, and you want to party.

They offer a free shuttle to town and to and from the airport. For the price you pay you get more than you would imagine. They also took us to Zuma free of charge. As frequent travellers around the globe I can honestly say this hotel is one the best we have stayed in for the service. Thank you so much for a great staying Mykonos.
