This place was perfect and we had one of the greatest experiences here in Santorini. Eliza is the best host, she contacted us before our
arrival and sent us all useful detailed information. She managed to help us with our luggage and booked us the perfect restaurants with amazing sunset views 🤩
The room was beautiful cave style with lots of storage, the hot tub was adjusted to the temperature we were looking for. But the most magnificent was the view that we enjoyed every moment of our stay here.
We highly recommend this place for the best stay.
Thank you again, Eliza.

The second we got to Filotera, we felt so comfortable and at ease. The location and views of this hotel is unbelievable. You quite literally cannot be in a better location. The hotel is situated right on the stunning Oia path. The hotel also offered us parking for our rental car which was a huge plus.
We want to say a huge thank you to Irini. She paid attention to every detail and made us feel at home. She took into account what we wanted to do during our time in Oia and created a personalized itinerary for us- booking all the restaurants and giving her honest opinions. Irini is honestly what made our trip so wonderful. She was so sweet, patient and paid attention to all the small details.
The breakfast was wonderful- we were able to try a variety of dishes from fruit, crepes to omelettes and Greek coffees. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning. The jacuzzi was a nice touch after a long day exploring. Everything was superb. I highly recommend this hotel- not only for the views/location but for the management (thank you Irini)

It was nice in Oia but we were there only 2 nights.
It was nice in Oia but we were there only 2 nights. The sunsets were nice, but the weather itself was on the cool side. Very windy on our day of arrival, downright cold actually we didn't come prepared for that weather. We went middle of May so I would suggest making sure you are prepared for any type of weather. We did have a nice beach day so that was nice. It's a pretty place with nice sunsets but not enough blue top roofs, which I would have liked to seen more of.

Kima oia is a very nice place to stay.
Kima oia is a very nice place to stay. The place itself is really nice, the junior sweet we stayed in was amazing with excellent views and a private hot tub. We thought this place has the sunset views but it didnt. To view the sunset you have to go to a different place. Also there is no halal options near the hotel so you have to eat other food pizza and pasta is available. To get halal food you have to go to a place called fira which is about a 25min drive in taxi which costs 40 euros each way. Taxis are very very expensive. There is a small mini shop near the hotel to get all your snacks and drinks from. The breakfast was really good and room service pizza was very nice. The only downside is you have to be physically strong to get to the hotel as theres alot of rocky stairs to climb to get to the hotel and then back onto the main road. Theres one main strip in oia where everyone hangs out and eats which is on the main road from the hotel which is convenient. The staff were also super friendly. The bell boy takes ur luggage down and up the stairs and is really nice. Adrianna also helps you with your stay and makes sure you have a good time snd we booked some things to do with her.

Great location, beautiful sights.
Great location, beautiful sights. Be prepared to walk and use the stairs a lot. Can cover it all in 2-3 days, so can make it a long weekend. Once tourist season starts, it'll get very crowded though - so May or September/Oct ideal.

We traveled to Oia in the end of April, which is just the beginning of their high season. The weather was cool, a bit breezy, and always nice and warm in the afternoons. The traffic was slowed at times because the streets are narrow, and there is not a lot of parking. Because of the steep cliff side dwellings, there was a lot of walking up/down steps which were uneven. Someone with physical difficulty would not easily navigate the steps. All the shop and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view from anywhere in Oia is magnificent. Oia is a place on earth that is a “must see,” and now we can cross it off our bucket list.

Oia is a uniquely beautiful place.
Oia is a uniquely beautiful place. The views in all directions are stunning, particularly at sunset but any time really. The overall impression of white and blue buildings is magical. The local people were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in Oia.
My stay at Pearl of Caldera was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was served in the reception’s kitchen area and you can take it back to your room/patio. There were a wide variety of toasts, cakes, egg dishes, Greek yogurt and other options.
It rained one day I was there but I was still able to go for a swim in the pool, which has beautiful views of Santorini and the surrounding islands.
I would definitely recommend staying here!
The room exceeded my expectations - was much nicer than the photos on booking.com. Santorini is normally quite pricey so I think I got a good deal with this one! Location wise, it's situated close enough to Oia that you need only walk about 10 minutes to get right in the centre. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the manager of the hotel was extremely helpful. She sat down with me when I checked in to show me the map of Santorini and to tell me where to go and at what times of the day. Was very hospitable.
Very pretty hotel with a more "cluster of homes" feel (much typical of what one would hope for in santorini). The location is very close to the popular neighbourhood of oia and easily reachable by bus. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The pool is a big bonus after a long day trekking around the different villages. The breakfast is wonderful with multiple options including eggs, bread, fruits, juices among other things and kept us going till the evening! definitely a great deal !
Loved the location, close to everything. Minutes walk to see the perfect sunset. The staff were pleasant. Met the owner and she told us stories about Santorini and her business. She had just picked some figs and they were delicious. Love that the hotel and the restaurant was a family business. The breakfast that’s included was a buffet next to our apartment. Sat at the pool one afternoon, so relaxing to be away from the crowds. Loved Oia. Only time it was crowded with tourists was at sunset.
The hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Santorini. The room was beautiful and the food was amazing. The location is very close to Oia and we were able to get around conveniently enough on the bus. The best part of my stay was definitely the wonderful hospitality service, all the staff were super friendly and always there to help with anything, making a huge difference to our experience. I’d definitely return!
The service in this hotel is super amazing and the staff is very enthusiastic and always helpful. They explained about the whole Santorini island very clearly at the very beginning and that was so helpful. About the suite, it was very clean, bright, and organized. I love the suite and the private hot tube. Also, the breakfast was amazing! This hotel is top 1 during my whole journey. Highly recommend to stay here!
The location of this hotel is amazing! It is in Oia (one block from the bus station), the most wonderful town in Santorini and with the most breathtaking sunset views. The room was like an apartment with living area, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom (it looked recently painted and nicely decorated) There is also a patio with a pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at this hotel!
Best staff in Santorini - they make you feel like home, and they are your friends. Location is perfect, very close to Oia center, clean rooms, good facilities. Pool is also clean and there are enough sunbeds for everyone. The hotel’s restaurant serves very good food for dinner. In my opinion this hotel is one of the best ones at a fair price in this location. Definitely when in Oia, we’ll come back here.
Santorini in general is not a value for money destination. Agnadi Villas is an exception. We had a lovely room with a fabulous terrace and view for aperitif, convenient location just outside OiA so not in the middle of Tourist crowd. The bus stops in front of the hotel and a walking path into Oia or up towards Fira starts in front of the hotel as well. And the nearby Finikia Restaurant is blissful!
-private location with a great sunset view. we had a nice surprise of being offered Santorini red wine and water melon at sunset time.
- the front desk lady is very helpful. when we arrived, she took time to give us an overview of the island including places to see, restaurants and Greek food. she also offered us late check out and contacted our next hotel for a seamless transfer of our luggage!
The staff was excellent. The manager, Kostas, takes his job very seriously. His knowledge, expertise and guidance allowed us to enjoy all of Santorini within our short 3 night stay. Hotel breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We always came back to clean rooms with cozy beds and many towels. Our group of 14 was accommodated without a hitch. 10/10 would stay again.
Friendly staff, amazing view, small hotel, lovely breakfast brought on the terrace every morning, 10 min walk along the coastline to Oia center, free parking, quite, great hot tub, double rainshower, good beds. So if you stay in Santorini, want privacy, close to Oia, amazing views and a perfect location, stay at Oia Suites. In our opinion really perfect!
The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful, helped us with accommodation, and gave us some very useful advice on Santorini attractions. It only took 2 minutes to reach the pedestrian area of Oia. The breakfast menu was really interesting, and they served it in our suite every morning. The suite was clean, and the staff were really kind.
The most perfect stay in every way The location is just amazing , Beautifull hotel nested into the caldera hillside. Its very central and the volcanic views from the suite were outstanding .Best deal by far in Oia .Definitely we ll stay again here next time we ll be in santorini lovely boutique hotel
Great location right in the middle of Oia district. Within short walking distance from transport drop offs, and has a grand vista view of the caldera from the terrace. Rooms are spacious, and so is the bathroom. Kitchen has complete ammenities. A beautiful cave house to enhance your Santorini experience!
Ljupka was the most amazing hostess! The staff were all exceptional and accommodated to our every need. The hotel is practically brand new and every room comes with a rooftop hot tub, which is the perfect place to watch the sunset in Santorini! Would 100% stay here again.
Best hotel we stayed at in Santorini. Great value for money. Really nice breakfast. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Its a bit outside Oia but we actually enjoyed this very much, not in the middle of the big crowds and just a short scooter ride to the center.
Amazing place, excellent hosts and staff.
Good choice to stay in Santorini, Oia.
Beautiful view around the hotel, big pool, nice and clean rooms, quiet and cozy atmosphere.
Delicious breakfast. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon!!!
Unparalleled view of water and of the cliffside homes and hotels of Santorini. At the same time was very private—I never felt like people were staring at me when I was in the cliffside hot tub.
