The owner was a very gracious hostess. Our room was spacious with an incredible view. The dinner and 2 breakfasts were delicious! We liked the location, off the beaten trail but convenient to drive anywhere in Istria.

We really liked our stay here! Hosts are very pleasant, hospitable people. Land around the house is nice and well maintained, there's a barbeque area, and even own small forest :) The apartment is clean and very cozy, got everything you need, bed and pillows are very comfortable, best sleep we had in months. Also I don't think it's mentioned anywhere there are two separate places to sleep for kids, up the wooden stairs you see on the photos.

Owner gave us the nicest warm welcome I got so far from all of my travels. Dolores even gave us a bottle of their own home made wine and helped is plan our trip around the area. There is a nice restaurant in the garden of You like hm or truffles it is your thing. Prices are reasonable too. The accomodations dates back to the earliest times. 1600s still a palace for the price it is a bargain. Although it is older still they have AC and it is comfortable.

The location was fantastic. Quiet, in the centre of town. Beautifully renovated old house in a tiny street just off the main square. Breakfast was made with delicious local products and the host was most welcoming.

Sylvia & her daughter were the upmost excellent and friendly hosts who greeted us so kindly & with drinks on the house at their local family-run cafe downstairs (not to mention, so affordable, cute, and delicious- a must visit while you’re there!). They offered us recommendations and suggestions for local food experiences and to avoid the overly commercial places. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, it felt like home quickly & had all the amenities to cook a few meals ourselves; the grocery store just steps away & parking right in front of the building. The apartment is exactly as seen in images. While Zminj is a quiet town with limited things to see, it was perfectly centrally located to do day trips to explore all of Istria.

Lovely cottage attached to main residence. Daniel was informative and helpful on arrival and his sister answered questions online and made sure we could check-in smoothly. Daniel's wife helped us with laundry. Great people! Room was old town charm and perfect out in the countryside. Fresh eggs for breakfast!
