Boasting a quiet location and only 15 minutes’ walk from Sansepolcro historic center, Relais Oroscopo is set in a 19th-century house. It offers a furbished garden.

The hotel room was clean and I liked the antique touch of the interior design. The hotel owner was very communicative and he always had a nice smile. The breakfast was tasty! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

The friendship and hospitality shown by the hosts was exceptional. Paolo & Giovanna were lovely and ensured our stay was memorable. They assisted with local knowledge and food at short notice after our late arrival.
The accommodation is spacious and the facilities included a full kitchen, Breakfast was the best we've had.
We highly recommend this b&b however you do need transport as it is situated in a rural and wooded wonderland.
Centrally placed you can easily visit Umbrian sites eg Arezzo, Spoletto Citta di Castello Gubbio Perugia then relax enjoying a wine and magical views.

The room and bathroom were marvelous, and the price for it all was great! The staff were very nice and welcoming to me and I lived like a princess in this BnB. The location was at a great spot to all of the restaurants, museums, and stores. I will definitely come back to this place!

A convenient location to the retreat/ workshop and cafes.
Also very clean and well equipped with amenities.
Hosts were very hospitable and welcoming- available to answer any questions I had.
It is compact. Not Hilly. Has the Pieros to view. Lovely churches. Good restaurants and with a car the perfect base to set out from to explore the Tiber valley and the Val d'Arno. Been going there for some 50 years. Just get the maps and start discovering lost castles and churches and glorious scenery.

A beautiful old Tuscan town, with many local bars and restaurants to enjoy. The tourist information was very helpful (in the main square by the Dodecahedron sculpture). Just a lovely old town with much to explore.

We returned after 20 years to revisit the Pierro Della Francesca painting of the Resurrection. Stunning. The ancient town centre is very attractive with magnificent buildings and a good supply of restaurants and cafes. Like everywhere at the moment Covid is affecting business and tourism. Just lovely to wander around.

I went to Sansepolcro for Piero della Francesca.
I went to Sansepolcro for Piero della Francesca. It has the civic museum which housed at least 2 of his masterpieces and is an excellent museum in any event. It is close to Arezzo - church of san Francesco and Monterchi. The restaurants are good and reasonably priced. It is a small compact city but none the worse for that

Classic Italian antiquity, but not awash with tourists.
Classic Italian antiquity, but not awash with tourists. Situated in beautiful and dramatic countryside. The local people were wonderfully friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed visiting the Aboca Museum of Herbs and Health over the Centuries. Seeing the Piero della Francesca paintings is awesome.
This is a beautiful property with an airy country home level of comfort and hospitality. The olive grooves surrounding, along with the lush property, are idilic. We found the breakfast one of the best of our entire trip. This would be a lovely spot for an event, wedding, or relaxing vacation. You are close to all of the amenities of the city, while feeling world's away. The owner greeted everyone, showing great love for the property her restored 10 years ago. We were so happy to have experienced this villa
I loved the location in the heart of Sansepolcro! I also loved the size of the room and the fact that the heat worked since it was cold outside. Marco was helpful when I was navigating public transportation to get to Sansepolcro. There was plenty of room for my things and I could come and go as I pleased since I had a key to the building and my room. Be prepared for some noise outside of the window, as there is a bar just outside. But I didn’t mind this as I wanted to be in the center of the town.
It was really nice the hotel let us check-in early. I had a really great conversation with the main staff there on the history of the establishment and how a family runs this business. Although I have to say an electric kettle in the room was a bit old(bottom surface coming off), the room was clean and our needs were covered. Really appreciated how the hotel kept some of the vintage quality while updating the room with modern appliances. The breakfast felt very homey and warm.
Such an excellent location In the old part of beautiful Sansepolcro. Not even 5 minutes to the main square and the town museums. The extra room allowed our daughter who is a student in Sansepolcro to stay with us. The rooms were clean and there was a nice welcome gift for us. Check in was flexible and easy. The rooms are a good value for the money.
It was short, but amazing stay! Rooms are perfectly clear and organized. Apartments are very close to the city centre, but in the same time place is very quiet and calm. But the best thing in our stay was Bruno’s hospitality, who even had time and will to take us for a short trip around the city centre. It was a pleasure to meet you!
Perfect location in the centre of Sansepolcro, in a historical restaurant with more than 200 years of history. Nice and clean rooms. Large breakfast with home-made pies. The owner, Alessia, and her brother are fantastic and ready to explain and talk about their town and family.
Fantastic staff. The owner's son went far and above to bring me an iron and ironing board for my wrinkled dress. We attended a wedding in the lovely town of Sansepolcro. The bed was huge and comfortable as was the room! Great location within the walls.
My stay here was wonderful! On the Via di Francesco, this was the PERFECT stop! While in Italy I’ve stayed at places twice as expensive with half as many amenities. (Like having to pay extra for heating during the winter)
The hotel room was clean and I liked the antique touch of the interior design. The hotel owner was very communicative and he always had a nice smile. The breakfast was tasty! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!
Great location and gorgeous apartment with wonderful light - lots of windows! A welcome bottle of wine and snacks, along with great communication from the host made this a favorite stay during our trip to Italy .
I liked this little b&b with it's own little charme. It's simple and cosy but a perfect place to stay and feel this special italian flair of Sansepolcro. Also Daniela has been very friendly and caring.
Perfect for a couple my wife and I felt very comfortable the place was very clean and nicely decorated, easy to check in and right in the center of Sansepolcro
Recommended 👍
Really enjoyed this place, quiet, clean, air conditioned, the owner helpful and friendly.
Sansepolcro is a gem, we hope to go back soon and would definitely stay here again.
A lovely place to stay for a few days. So convenient for walking around Sansepolcro. Anna was very prompt and helpful in answering any queries. A well set up property.
Central to everything in old Sansepolcro. Very well equipped and plenty of breakfast choices. Having two bathrooms was very nice. The rooftop terrace was spectacular !
Excellent B&B facilities, very ideal located in the centre of the town of Sansepolcro, high recommended, anyone who looking for a nice clean place to stay
Smart modern hotel with excellent room. Large bathroom. Very good air conditioning. Very good staff and excellent parking. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
