Stefano was very friendly and was always willing to help you if you had a question. Marta was wonderful and was always willing to help. She served us breakfast with a smile every day we were there and even made us sandwiches for a long day trip we had. The room was very clean and everyone we encountered there were very friendly. I cannot express how much I loved this place.

Marta and her husband were friendly and welcoming. Easy to communicate with despite our limited Italian. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful. Randazzo is a unique, old town to explore. We ate at two excellent restaurants: San Giorgio & Il Drago and Agora.

Matteo welcomed us to a room with a balcony view of Mount Etna! In addition to our room, we had use of a comfortable living room, coffee available any time. Randazza is a lovely old town with limited tourist traffic, making it a delightful counterpoint to other destinations in Sicily. The drive through wine country to reach Randazza is beautiful. Matteo served us a lovely breakfast, seating us at a table with yet another view of Mount Etna. He was a thoroughly charming host, proud of his hometown.
Nice sorrounding countryside
Nestled between Etna volcano and Nebrodi
Outstanding natural beauty
Vineyards and olive groves - big agricultural community
Town offers all amenities and good eating spots
Good place for someone looking to enjoy Sicilian countryside and food yet not far away (<1 hour from seaside towns and cities like Taormina and Catania)

Randazzo sits at the right place if you want to visit the rough part of Sicily i.e. Nebrodi.
It is 20 minutes a way from Alcantara Gorge and twenty minutes more towards Taormina.
If you are crossing the Messina Straight it is a good stop too.
We drove from ENNA to Randazzo and the views and the ride is breath taking. We stopped many times taking photos of Mt Etna. rolling fields and farm animals. The Villages literally hanging to the cliffs on the way are jaw breaking.

Relaxing town with welcoming atmosphere at a key point on the CircumEtnea train. We saw many people making a day trip, but I think this town deserves at least one, if not two nights. Wonderful restaurants, typical Sicilian products, and one of the best wine shops in Sicily (Il Buon Gustiano.) Randazzo would be an excellent place from which to explore Mt. Etna, the Alcantara river gorge, or focus on the DOC and DOCG Etna wineries in the area.

A very attractive unpretentious town, with lots of interesting nooks and crannies. Fine views of Etna, and a major station on the FCE narrow gauge railway around Etna. I'd have preferred to stay 3 rather than 2 nights.

I loved the The outdoor area and the pool area and the restaurant serves excellent traditional sicilian food,The double room & Bathroom are Huge,Staff where nice always with a smile ..
The Atmosphere of the restaurant was a bit noisy for my liking as it was full and there was to much light ,in my opinion It needs less lighting with some soft music which it make it more romantic for an evening dinner.

The town lacked a bit of life and seemed quite run down.
The town lacked a bit of life and seemed quite run down. The restaurants were good, but as we were there during the Covid-19 restrictions, it's hard to provide a fair review. The town was far more scenic from the outside, than inside. Other local towns (Linguaglossa) had more atmosphere and a wider choice of restaurants.
Beautiful country villa in wine country. We had a wonderful stay at this agriturismo In mid-september. The two sisters who hosted us were very kind and helpful, including with reservations and wine tastings. The feeling is relaxed and comfortable, and the house is right in the middle of vineyards with fruit trees, birds and friendly outdoor cats. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet everything was clean. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. It felt like staying with a relative in Sicily! A highlight of our 2 week trip.

The setting is gorgeous - in the heart of a small vineyard with a view of Mt Etna outside of Randazzo. The restaurant was very good, the wine excellent, and the staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The room, while very basic, was comfortable and very clean. Note that there is not much of a common area or lobby to hang out in if the weather isn't good, but as it was excellent while we were there we enjoyed both the terrace and pool area.
Genny was the most amazing host, providing a perfectly clean house for us to stay in with tea, coffee, their own produced olive oil and fresh hens eggs! It was an absolute delight to stay here after we did a wine tasting nearby. It is really close to mount etna and the views from the house are breathtaking - we really enjoyed our stay and seeing randazzo too on Genny's recommendations!!
Martha is a very kind and caring host.
We had a wonderful quiet night in Randazzo.
Martha recommended and booked a unique old style local restaurant.
Our room was spacious opening on to a lovely terrace.
A plentiful breakfast, we left ours bags with Martha while we had a wander around town.
On our return the even offered to drive us to the railway station.
Nice room, a kitchen and a living room was included. Very friendly and supportive owner. Whatsapp communication is helpful.
There is a little Yard for Bicycles - perfect if you have a rental bike.
By the way: Randazzo is nice and cycling to Giarre on an early sunday morning is great!
Mille Grazie!
We loved the small little town Randazzo and what it had to over. It is a quite town, not a lot of activity but a must see if you love quaint little towns with churches built from Lava Rock. The hotel is very close to the centre, comfortable for those who love exploring on foot.

Absolute delight of a hotel, beautiful building, pool etc and perfect view of Mount Etna from terrace as you have your meals, evening meal as light fades fantastic gives display of Etna venting, take binoculars 👍👍
First decent Italian/Sicilian food on our trip.
Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. The incuded breakfast was varied and high quality.
Antica vina: charming location, air-co bedroom was very welcome in very hot summer. Refreshing swimming pool. Authentic simple good family cooking. Easy access to Randazzo or Etna excursions.
It’s location is very good to explore the nebrodi park area and even Taormina and surrounding areas. Road to arrive to it is good although in the fields. They have a barn full of animals!
Perfect location for exploring the north eastern part of Sicily. Tranquil place and surroundings with a view of Etna. Hosts were very friendly and always ready to be of assistance.
Comfortable, welcoming guesthouse with spacious room, comfortable beds, private balcony looking out to the beautiful landscape of Randazzo. Wonderful breakfast and hospitality.
The location at the foot of Mt Etna and outside the lovely town of Randazzo was perfect for he 2 nights we spent there. The pool and gardens are gorgeous and the views amazing.
