Rooms amazingly clean & comfortable. Hot water & pressure never failed & AC worked like a charm! VERY central location to anything you would like to see. Actually did not know this was a brand hotel with numerous locations throughout Europe. If the high standards at B&B Hotel Treviso are the norm, I'll be searching for more of these properties in my travels!

The hotel was extremely difficult to find since there is only a tiny sign on the street. We spent over an hour outside the hotel looking for it. There is no lobby or common area in the hotel. Our room had only 1 desk chair to sit on, so it was very unpleasant for us as a couple to spend time in the room or the hotel. Unlike what is posted on booking.com, our room had no safe. The mattress was longer than the bed frame, making lying or sitting on the bed uncomfortable. After 4 nights at the hotel, we were moved to a much more pleasant room for the last night. The hotel is centrally located. The hotel staff were very courteous.

Set just a 2-minute walk from the bus and train station, Hotel Carlton is convenient for visiting Venice as well as Treviso's old town.

The bathroom and room were clean, and we didn’t hear any noise from other guests - just some loud street noise outside. The reception staff were very welcoming and even helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport. Overall, the service was excellent.

The charmingly decorated room was a nice surprise and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the cookies in the room were a nice touch and quite tasty!

The staff are wonderful—friendly, kind, helpful. I got great suggestions for restaurants and parking near the center. One should be aware, however, that the hotel is ten minutes by car from the city center, but there is good parking near the areas one wants to visit.
