The hotel has been very recently and skillfully renovated. The rooms are bright and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and well-lit, with walk-in showers, bidets, heated towel racks, etc. The rooms are spotless. There is a decent gym. The included breakfast is very pleasant - lots of baked goods, etc. The location is perfect - just outside of the ZTL and easy to find. The Rocca Paolina is a 2-minute walk. From there, you can take an escalator right up into the center of the centro storico. The Partigiani parking garage is convenient to the hotel.
The unique chocolate-themed Chocohotel offers free indoor parking and free Wi-Fi. It is located just 0.6 mi from Perugia Train Station and historic center.

The hotel is modern with nice rooms and public spaces. The staff was very helpful and patient with our questions. It has a nice parking lot and is super convenient to the highway for touring around Perugia. Indoor swimming pool (5 euros extra + 2.50 for a bathing cap) is really great. Try the hydromassage if you can find the “on” button in the pool. Hotel restaurant is very good with friendly staff.
Enjoy a wealth of recreational facilities including soccer pitches, tennis courts, and swimming pools at Relais San Clemente. Dating back to 1045, it is set just outside Perugia.

Location was beautiful. Breakfast was good except for watered down orange juice. I enjoyed playing the piano.

Make sure to get the room on top of the house, for an exclusive use of the terrace, which will give you a unique Umbrian bellavista experience. Truly unique.
The location is ideal to be very close to the center, without any noise from the center.
