We had a great time at this hotel, the staff is very warm and friendly and made us feel welcome every single time we walked into the lobby. It was nice to see that the hotel makes efforts to be eco-friendly, for instance by installing water fountains instead of giving plastic bottles.

The primary draw of the Angkor Archaeological Park lies in its ancient temples, notably Angkor Wat. However, after exploring a few of these temples, visitors might find themselves somewhat weary of the repetitive architectural motifs. Moreover, the ticket prices are exorbitant. While it’s true that the park requires funds for maintenance, the $62 price tag for a 3-day pass feels excessively high. Similarly, the cost of a single-entry visa also appears steep.

Angkor Wat was interesting to visit but I appreciated the other much older temples to Angkor Wat itself. There was a lot to be done that I didn't get the chance to do. I wanted to go Ziplining in Angkor Wat, but there is always next time.

One of the best places in Cambodia.
One of the best places in Cambodia. I recommend staying there, it beats PP and other places but there are some caveats to be aware of:
1) The pub street is nice but most of the locals seems to be prostitutes so it is a good idea to check if they face you.
2) One needs to hackle in the night street in order to save money but I recommend buying silk and such since it's affordable.
3) Pool Party Hostel is the best place to be and I recommend to check out the temples.
PassApp is handy and 7/11 nearby and I recommend to eat in local places near the river good and affortable food.

If you like temples, this is the place to go!
If you like temples, this is the place to go! They are many, and varied. The crown jewel, of course, is Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and nicknamed the 8th Wonder of the World. Pub Street and the markets were fun. You can easily get around via tuk tuk, IF the weather is bearable. It was very hot when we were there (mid-May), so we opted for a driver with an air-conditioned car. We found accommodations and food to be a bit more expensive than Vietnam, but still very affordable. We think three days was sufficient. We saw many temples, but would have been templed out going any longer. One more tip--before going to Angkor Wat, go to the museum in Siem Reap. We went after visiting AW, and decided to go back to AW after the museum because we realized we had missed some things we should have seen. Oh, and eat amok!

Upon arriving at any airport I'm leary of airport taxis.
Upon arriving at any airport I'm leary of airport taxis. My driver Ann was an amazing guy. The rate they offer at the airport was the same as Grab (SE Asia's Uber). He spoke great English and was a perfect representation of everyone I met in Siam Reap, the most polite people I've encountered in 16 countries I've lived in or stayed at least a week in. The area around Pub Street has whatever you want if you're not looking for the sketchiness of Bangkok's Nana or Soi Cowboy or HCMC's Bui Vien which was relaxing. Angkor Wat was awesome, the "Private Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour" with guide Kael and driver Sak were awesome, the group was awesome, it was more enjoyable than the Pyramids or Great Wall. Like the guide and group, but the site was stand alone as well.
Siem Reap is the jewel of Cambodia. The Urban from the Stay Nature is a new hotel in Siem Reap and meets the needs of the conscious traveller looking for an authentic experience in the boutique hotel category. Tom, the hotel manager, is a genuine hospitality professional. All the staff are a credit to the hotel and are working exceptionally hard to take care of you in the best possible way.
The hotel is stylish, friendly and has a great chilled vibe. I loved staying at this hotel; they have a bright future ahead.
We have stayed in a few hotels in Siem Reap and for us it's the best yet.
The room is a good size with a small private balcony.
The breafast is excellent with everything you could want, served in a lovely air condition room with panoramic views.
The location is ideal as you are by the river and a short walk to Pub Street.
We broke our stay to visit an island and they kept our luggage for us until our return.
We also asked for the same room and were able to get it.
Staff very friendly and polite.
We had a wonderful warm welcome with welcoming drink on the arrival day. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. They helped us organize our temple visit. Room was clean and beautifully decorated with a balcony. Breakfast and food were good with reasonable price. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to many good eating places, cafe shops, and pub street. We would highly recommend this place with good price if you're looking for a place to stay near Pub Street.
The hotel is super good, one of the best we stayed in our Vietnam-Cambodia trip.
The facilities are amazing, clean and very comfortable. But the best thing is the owner. He will help with anything you need, propose to you all kinds of activities and places to visit, and give you tea and fruit every time you arrive after visiting things (temples of course).
I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I do not thing you can find a better place with a better staff.
FCC Angkor by Avani is the kind of boutique hotel. Surrounded by palms and trees. Room decorated with colonial and minimalist style was super nice. Staff was always helpful and looking every minute after you.
Restaurant food was very, very good.
Breakfast (included in the room price in our case) was a la carte and with all variety you could expect for a 5 star hotel.
Pubs street and Siem Reap restaurants are 10min walk from FCC.
Airport was 15min driving distance.
Great hotel for leisure travel. Very friendly staffs at the front desk, the pool, and the restaurant and excellent reliable tuk tuk drivers! The message was so good that we went for the massages two additional times. It was the best relaxation after spending a full day under the sun in Ankor Wat! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Siem Reap.
The breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly. Number one tip: eat at the in-house restaurant. It was the best food we had in Siem Reap, really excellent. The pool was wonderful and relaxing and they have Tuk Tuks that the hotel can organize for you. The owner is on site and friendly, and altogether this is a great experience. It's a small, boutique hotel.
Really fantastic hotel, the staff were so attentive and the pool was lovely. We were appreciative of the free nightly tuk tuk and there were some nice restaurants in walking distance. We had a lovely lunch by the pool one day and the bar was very reasonable (as is all of Siem Reap!). This was our first time in Cambodia and we had a great stay.
If you are going to siem reap this is potentially the great hotel you will ever stay at. One of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at.
The pool is lovely. Drinks and food also very good and fairly priced.
If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay here do it! Breakfast and room nice layout and style also nice
Thank you
The hotel very gorgeous blue swimming pool, clean large spacious room. It's like a beautiful dimon hidden from the city. I am lucky for this time, I got a beautiful room with the great price for this season offered.
Staffs they are friendly and smile with helpful.
I'll be back here with my family when my time back to the siem reap.
The hotel exactly looks like as on the pictures. Big friendly room, tropical garden with swimming pool and a bar, only few minutes walk away from the city center. We rented scooter on the same street so it was easy to discover Angkor and the surrounding of Siem Reap (for example floating village.)
The breakfast was set plates and the best price in the area. Didn’t eat there the first day and wish I had. Room was better than expected. I had stayed in Siem Reap before at a nice hotel but this was better in location and room as well. Hope to bring a few of the grandkids in the future.
Best Hotel in Siem Reap, super affordable. We had a wonderful time here. The staff is lovely and so friendly, the swimming pool is great, the barman is always there when you need him and the chef is amazing (and the portions are huuuuge!!!). We felt more at home here than we did at home :)
We had the best stay in siem reap, for this hotel and we couldn't imagine having a better one somewhere else. Every thing was perfect: the location, the hotel, the beautiful room with the view, the pool, the breakfast, the dinners and of course the staff that helped us out with everything.
The pool area is nice, it is surrounding by tropical & quiet place. Best location, it is near pub street. I look the staffs, they always greeted us and help us any trouble and question. The bed is really comfortable. I love junior suite access to pool. Thanks for take care us.
This resort is beautiful - one of our best hotel stays in Siem Reap. Cambodians are the most courteous and friendly people we've had the pleasure to meet.
The staff provided great hospitality and helpfulness during my stay. Overall experience was wonderful.
All the staff were really helpful in making sure I had a fantastic experience in Siem Reap. I loved the authenticity of the hotel. In terms of value for money, this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
The best hotel in Siem Reap, the staff are friendly and smiling. The location is in the town. The swimming pool is cool. The pool bar is nice too.
I would recommend this gem.
