We really liked the Urban, the lobby was a great place to come to our senses after a good nights sleep. The workspace area was a great addition, we are travelling and working so having a space like that means a lot. Love, love, love the pool area, such a relaxing place and a life-savior after visting Angkor Wat. Last, but sure not least-the staff, they were really nice, always here to help and really fast at it. We came for 3 nights, but stayed 6, I guess that means something. :)

After a very friendly reception "Welcome home!", a cold towel and some fruit, I was led to my King room with great air condition (40+ degrees outside). Big room, modern bath, comfy bed. The staff at the reception, for breakfast and the complimentary tea time was super friendly. Quite warm water due to the outside temperatures (not less than 30 degrees at night). Tuk-tuk pickup from the CDF stop of the Airport Bus was complimentary and easily aligned by email. Thanks for everything!

*First impression….. it looked like a museum. The art pieces displayed were works of art. As soon as my cousin and I arrived at the property, we were welcomed warmly. The staff made us feel special. They were very attentive to all our needs and they really aimed to please. We can say that they are genuinely nice and good people.
* Food and drinks are good. I encourage people to eat at their restaurant. They serve fresh vegetables. In ordering salads, ask them to put sauce or dressings on the side.
*The minute you walk in it feels like you’re in a secret garden. Love the ambiance and it’s so peaceful. The room is so spacious with a balcony. Our room and the hotel itself is so clean and it smells good and fresh all the time even though we’re not asking the room to be cleaned every day to support the environment. Over all the place feels so zen it matches the decor. The surrounding feels so peaceful. Special thank you to all the staff they do above and beyond , you guys rock. Especially to Narie and Bunny.
* The entire team…. very honest. I left my purse in the restaurant and it was returned to me as we went up the stairs. Again my forgetful me left my phone at the hotel as we depart for our next trip and Bunny drove his motorbike to give it back to me. I cannot not thank you enough Community for you kindness.
* Lastly if you are going to visit Siem Reap, give them a chance and I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Upon arriving at any airport I'm leary of airport taxis.
Upon arriving at any airport I'm leary of airport taxis. My driver Ann was an amazing guy. The rate they offer at the airport was the same as Grab (SE Asia's Uber). He spoke great English and was a perfect representation of everyone I met in Siam Reap, the most polite people I've encountered in 16 countries I've lived in or stayed at least a week in. The area around Pub Street has whatever you want if you're not looking for the sketchiness of Bangkok's Nana or Soi Cowboy or HCMC's Bui Vien which was relaxing. Angkor Wat was awesome, the "Private Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour" with guide Kael and driver Sak were awesome, the group was awesome, it was more enjoyable than the Pyramids or Great Wall. Like the guide and group, but the site was stand alone as well.

The Angkor Wat temples complex was amazing but due to the heat I am glad I only spent only one day there. The city is very vibrant with lots of option for a night drink. However I think 3 days (one of them being dedicated to Angkor Wat) is more than enough for this city.

An incredibly special place! We used the tuk tuks to get around and had a regular driver we used for all our trips, he was so knowledgeable and brought us off the tourist track to see local markets etc.

Siem Reap is the perfect place to be based to visit the sights of Ankgor Wat and surrounds. I had 5 nights 4 days which was enough to see everything but if I could have added an extra day or two would have been better to see other things. Obviously the main temples to visit and the floating villages is why tourists come to this spectacular area but please take the time to go and visit the APOPO Hero Rats only 3kms out of town and a few dollars by tuk tuk. This was an unexpected highlight of my time in Siem Reap, these rats have been trained to sniff our tnt in the landmines to help rid Cambodia of these dreadful devices. Siem Reap is definately worth a visit!

Plenty to offer for a short stay in this the town.
Lots of culture, with Temples and museums.
Also a good mix of restaurants to suit all food types and Pub street if that’s your thing.
Spoons is a fantastic restaurant, it’s a social enterprise company that serves the most delicate food! The chicken is highly recommended and all profits are put back into the community to help disadvantaged young people! A win win!

Felt very safe walking around day and evenings, friendly locals greeting me, polite and courteous people, a lovely city living up to its reputation as Cambodia's Holy City.
Easy to get around - ask the price first when you engage a tuktuk or other transport. Lots of restaurants and accomodation options for all budgets. Get a massage - ! You'll leave feeling good.
Not sure how anyone can rate this hotel anything less than excellent! My friend and I stayed here 2 nights at the end of our 2 weeks travelling around siem reap and we certainly saved the best till last. We stayed in a deluxe room the first night which was lovely with great views and fantastic breakfast.
We cannot rate the staff and service highly enough, every single member of staff we met went out of their way to help us and we're always smily and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.
This hotel is a gem, nice and clean, with super helpful staff and good breakfast.
Some people criticize the location - I don't think it's a problem though as both the historical sights in Siem Reap and the floating village are far from the city of Siem Reap anyway, so you will have to take a taxi or a tuktuk from any hotel in the city.
Besides, there are good stores of all kinds in the Residence's part of the city, including the best supermarket that we have seen in SE Asia.
Highly recommended!!
Absolutely everything. This is one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had at any price. The grounds and room are wonderful but the real difference is the staff. They greet you by name with cool towels and water every time you return to the hotel. They are incredibly attentive, warm and welcoming at every turn. They even surprised me with a birthday cake! Breakfasts are to order and delicious with fresh fruit daily. If you’re coming to Siem Reap, you owe it to yourself to stay here.
Large swimming pool with brightness sunshine surrounding by the beautiful garden made us feel relax. They reserved buffet breakfast and ala cart next day due to less people however it's the best. Specious with king-size bed room comfortable to fall a sleep like home. Wi-Fi connection is work perfect, I could connect to my family at home during the stay and send them some experience photos here in Siem Reap. I love to recommend this hotel to you for relax.
I decided to extend my one-night stay in Siem Reap and found the best offer through Tripadvisor. The hotel not only provided early check-in but also upgraded my room to a villa. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel boasts a stunning garden that surrounds the villas and extends to the pool area. I am planning to return to this hotel for a longer stay and will definitely recommend it to others.
This hotel is not so far from the city center and other tourist attractions. I got a warm welcome from the front desk staff during checking in with professional and experienced staffs. The room is spacious with well prepared amenities plus I never forget how beautiful is was of the sunset view from our balcony.
Thanks to everyone in this hotel for the best experience during our stay in Siem Reap.
I absolutely loved my stay at Angkor Land Urban Boutique! The location is perfect - nearby to all the best attractions in Siem Reap. The staff were so welcoming and the room was reasonably priced with breakfast included. The room was comfortable and had free wifi, and the pool was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
This hotel is located across the street where perfect for walking and explore Siem Reap, I would say you could consider this a plus or a minus depending on what interests you. Pub Street is just minutes walking away. The hotel was clean and adequate, and very reasonable price. especially this season. The service was excellent
Good hotel to stay in Siem reap perfectly located near Angkor Wat area.
The room was spacy and comfortable.
The breakfast was good and served as per A la Carte order , the only fault is breakfast items arrive at the table in a non-orderly manner.
The staff are very friendly and very keen to serve and please the Guests.
The hotel exactly looks like as on the pictures. Big friendly room, tropical garden with swimming pool and a bar, only few minutes walk away from the city center. We rented scooter on the same street so it was easy to discover Angkor and the surrounding of Siem Reap (for example floating village.)
The pool area is nice, it is surrounding by tropical & quiet place. Best location, it is near pub street. I look the staffs, they always greeted us and help us any trouble and question. The bed is really comfortable. I love junior suite access to pool. Thanks for take care us.
One of the best hotels I've ever been! Moreover, my valoration is also because we have some issues with the booking and they solved it the best way ever. They went an extra mile with us and, if possible, I would rate them higher than 5 stars. Thanks a lot to all the staff!
This is our second stay at Rei Kandoeng Angkor hotel is very luxury room with friendly staff , cleanliness room especially bed very conformable.100% Highly recommend to all who looking for small luxury hotel with best location 5minute walk to pubsteet and night market .
Beautiful residence with a great team of superb friendly staff ….large rooms with balconies and good views of the stunning garden and swimming pool ….good value for money and a great place to explore Angkor and the town of Siem Reap ….one of the best hotels in Siem Reap
Hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap. You can walk everywhere, easily. Also, the best bathroom I’ve stayed & during this trip, I’ve visited Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya Beach, & Singapore. Great water pressure & a very big sized bathroom.
A luxury modern hotel in Siem Reap. Great place to explore Angkor and the surrounding area. The pool and gym are excellent and open from early morning to late evening. Very good breaktfast with a variety of local and international dishes.
One of the best hotels in Siem Reap I’ve been staying so far. The room is so clean, the vibe is so peace and cozy and staffs are so friendly and helpful. I had a great time staying here and will probably be back again in the near future.
Wonderful location, nice welcoming, big room, price very reasonable for the quality of the services I will come back to this hotel when I return to Siem Reap
