The room and the facilities. The ensuite bathroom was perfectly clean and quite well-appointed, as was the room. The bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was expensive, for a simple spread, and I'm sure that the previous time I visited this was included in the room price, whereas this time it was 'on top'. The bells of the Oude Kerk start up at 7 a.m. and go off every quarter of an hour. In addition, the sound insulation from the floor above was quite poor, and I had a bad nights sleep |

the only good thing is that close to the central station but overall the hotel is crap and doesnt worth to stay because you cant sleep all night from the noisy outside the hotel. Furniture, the room , it should be ranked as 1 star hotel not 3 star |

The hotel is an excellent location. It's very close to Dam square and quite easy to make your way to and from. I found that the hotel rooms themselves could have been a lot cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The first room we had (we had to request a double) it seem liked the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all. |

It was a shock arriving at the hotel and seeing the location was virtually in the 'red light district'. The Booking.com website did not alert us to this fact otherwise it would not have been booked, sex-shops and prostitutes almost next door, not very nice. The cleanliness of the room was very poor and the bathroom was worse with black mold on the tiles. The room had three beds, and given the location, the perception of what the room might have been used for was unsettling. We feel that Booking.com have let us down on this occasion and not paid attention to basic details of location surroundings and cleanliness. |

Convenience to local sights and station. we booked a superior twin room, on arrival were told it was a "lottery" and there were none left. Refund may happen but we were offered a standard room and free breakfast all week. |

The Terminus is an unpretentious hotel close to transport & shopping and in amongst the city night-life. Back-street location |

The location was fantastic and the guy at reception was really helpful and polite. There was a bad smell coming from the sink in the bathroom and the hairdryer didn't work. |

a-The accomodation facility for 4 persons, & rates are per room, no extra charge for each extra guest; most hotels offer accomodation for max 3 guests. b- The location: right in the center of Amsterdam!! |

The room was really tiny, noisy, with extremely uncomfortable bathroom (get ready to stand on your knees on the toilet in order to reach the sink) and 4 stairs leading to it, which is extremely unpleasant, should you have luggage. They ask you to pay in advance, which is unpleasant. It is clearly not a three star hotel and has never been. |

Very pleasant and friendly staff providing a welcome feeling and acceptable standards of food and accommodation, especially when considering the prices charged. The general decor is dowdy and room equipment is somewhat dilapidated and not working too well, but again this is consistent with the reasonable prices charged. |

The location was excellent, a bit noisy, but that is to be expected when you stay in the centre. |

This hotel had the most comfortable beds ever! Really the most comfortable. Location to the train station is good. Could not access the room without climbing several flights of stairs. The condition of the hotel is old and shabby so the price is quite high for what you get. The room was tiny tiny tiny. The location of the hotel is considered red light district which was not mentioned. |
