The location is perfect, near train station and near all important atractions. You can acces the internet via the lcd tv from the room, there is an wirless keyboard I the room. The bells from a nearby church drove me crazy at every quarter... From the reception I received the key and I had to search by myself thru a maze of coridors... Internet it is not free, no breakfast included even thow the price per night was high.

Excellent location, very good ballance price/quality, clean, not noisy, relaxing mattress. There is a certain smell of old and mold. Furniture is a little bit old.

Location was perfect, beds very comfortable and rooms were very spacious for the money. It's next door to a church and the bells ring constantly on Sunday's! Our room was next door to the lift,so it was quite noisy at night. The reception staff weren't very welcoming and told us we couldn't check in until 3pm,when the confirmation said 2pm.

Front Desk staffs very friendly and always has answer for all question I have. The hotel too expensive for service and facility their provided.. It"s very shame even internet facility not include in hotel price and high rate also. Room arrangement very unconfortable as it is locate different level from elevator and I have to pass several stair to reach my room after elevator. I had not even provided the bill in the check out time, Very hard to recomend this hotel specially for family.

Room was small, filthy stained carpets, beds had hairs in them, one of the mattresses was so worn it had collapsed in the middle, and the mattresses were filthy and had huge red wine/blood stains on them. Not worth paying 152 euros per night to stay in a flea pit, absolutely disgusted.

Location The people working at the réception are very rude, never willing to help and disrespectful. You are only able to havé WIFI in thé lobby and you've got to pay Eur 12 for it... This is ridiculous...

The location of this Hotel is perfect for the traveller who's sole aim is to explore the city. A short walk from Central station, Dam Square and main shopping centre. The breakfast was ok, but was extra to the cost of the room. At 10 Euros this was expensive considering you could go to a nearby cafe and have a full breakfast for 1/2 the price.
