Central location.

Our "business" room overlooked a street that was very noisy both day and night. The church bell tower which chimes every 15 minutes was opposite the room. The windows are not double glazed

We stayed in a room with tween beds instead of a double bed that we've asked in advance. The wake-up service delayed 1 hour.

Central, nice large room. All staff were polite but night shift worker Arjan was especially helpful. The room (311) had a fantastic view over the rooftops to the church and you gotta love those bells...

the place of the hotel is a big plus. the rooms was good for me, and clean. the staff - spaicely the front desk staff - was graet with me.

the signs for the rooms is confusing sometimes - until you find your room. for me the light was not so bright for me as i like it

The front counter person Mr. June was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above what is normally given for service. I was impressed with his customer service skills.

The location is excellent. Five minutes from the central station, and 3 minutes from Dam square. The breakfast was very good. My single room was small but comfortable for my needs. I saw the double rooms and they look really big and confortable. The stuff is really frienly. Better than typical 3-star hotels.

There is a church bell ringing every 15 minutes. The WIFI internet is very expensive - 12.50 Euros for 24h. They did not inform me that if you order breakfast in advance it costs 10 Euros instead of 12.50. The corridors' ceiling is very low and I hit my head twice.

we were a party of 16 and between ourselves decided to just split the bill between 16 of us so that everyone paid the same, the person who was taking our money cocked up when it came to paying on a card, one of my guests was charged for a double room instead of a single room because that was all you had leftalthough a single was booked.cant write anymore as no more space. Typical.

They gave me a room in the basement with humidity smells. and very dark room. After my complain they changed my room bad this room also has a bad smell and the floors were all wet. But the location is excellent.

Pleasant and helpful staff

no air-conditioning. The hotel did not have my booking, although I have a confirmation letter from The booking company. Luckily they had open rooms to accommodate me.
