location. walking distance from Central Station, main department stores, main atractions, Chinatown. Restaurants, bars, coffeeshops just around the corner, During the day the Red Light district is an interesting area to explore. Very pittoresque and very safe . Breakfastwas ok. rather rundown. I like the fact that the hotel is only 3-5 min from Central Station, easy to find, and in a prime location. On top of all that the hotel had a fairly large room for the area, windows that opened, and a great breakfast buffet. The bathroom had a water odor coming from the sink/shower drain which made us leave the light/fan on a close the door. |

The hotel is very centrally located and walking distance from the train station... If you get lost using the map, just as for the "Grasshopper" coffee shop and the hotel is right in front of it. Breakfast is fine and the internet works without problems There was a problem with the heating of the room. I asked to fix it the first day but it was not done. On the second day (which was freezing cold) I had to fight with the management for about an hour before getting another room which was beautifully heated. |

Central located, public transportation are all among walking distance. it's useful for travellers who need to take early and late night trains The corridor is not easy to go around, especially for people with heavy luggage. but if you use it only two times a day then it wasn't so bad. |

Location is awesome, near the Central Station and Warmoestraat. Atmosphere is friendly and very tolerant - do what you want. A number of coffeeshops and a police station are located next door. |

central position The man shouting at 9am in the morning, noise in general, the room was not very clean (floor, curtains), the air in the room was really thick with no chance to open the windows because the room was at the ground floor. |

The location was very close to the majority of the nightlife in the Centrum. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. Wireless internet for the hotel was not detected in my room (101). Was available in lobby. Was finally able to locate lan cable in room which worked nicely. Free internet would've been mice but 12 euro for 24 hours is much cheaper than most hotels in the area. |

The room and the facilities. The ensuite bathroom was perfectly clean and quite well-appointed, as was the room. The bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was expensive, for a simple spread, and I'm sure that the previous time I visited this was included in the room price, whereas this time it was 'on top'. The bells of the Oude Kerk start up at 7 a.m. and go off every quarter of an hour. In addition, the sound insulation from the floor above was quite poor, and I had a bad nights sleep |

the only good thing is that close to the central station but overall the hotel is crap and doesnt worth to stay because you cant sleep all night from the noisy outside the hotel. Furniture, the room , it should be ranked as 1 star hotel not 3 star |
