Pleasant little place with nice views and shops are on your doorstep. The room was nice and it had a clean bathroom too. Little kitchenette which was clean and utensils, kettle and fridge provided. There was a lovely balcony off the room too which was nice in the evenings. Beds were fine and comfy. The lady who lives there was really pleasant and lovely!

I loved everything about this place! We felt like at home. The owners are incredibly nice and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, but the best thing was the view from the balcony... it was magnificent! I am recommending this place to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Zakopane. The town nearby has everything you would need, so you don't even need to go to Zakopane center: from local places to eat, to small grocery stores. We are coming back there next time!

Great place for a family. Facilities are well taken care of, clean and new, spacious room. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor play space for kids, delicious breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All the local attractions - mountains, thermal pools, restaurants, are easily and quickly accessible by car. Surroundings are quiet, views are beautiful. Highly recommended! :)

    Poronin is a nice little town, far from Zakopane’s crowds so perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Zakopane is only 10 to 15 minutes drive from Poronin so it’s easy to get there entertained if needed. However, having own car in Poronin is a must as public transport is not great.

    Poronin as a town is used by most as a cheaper alternative...

    Poronin as a town is used by most as a cheaper alternative to Zakopane. I am no exception. I like this town to spend the nights, since it's definitely quieter than Zakopane. And I do care for a good night sleep, where the only sounds from the outside are sheep bells and roosters. Still, it's close enough to allow getting onto trails of Tatra Mountains National Park or to one of spa or swimming locations in nearby towns. Although my transport of choice was the car, so I cannot speak for those who take the bus. Even with car, getting to Zakopane might be a hassle though, as "Zakopianka" often gets congested, so it's good to accomodate extra time to get to places. Especially if you aren't an early bird.

    Fantastic space to accommodate our family of 5, with two proper bedrooms and a well furnished kitchen. Spotless clean and comfortable. Easy to find just next to the entrance to Zakopane and 2min away from the Harenda ski school for kids, and in front of a grocery store. The hosts were super helpful, providing baby high chair and cot.

    Very clean apartment, kitchen equipped with all the utensils and appliances you might need for a multi-day stay. There is a bus stop next to the apartment from which you can easily and quickly get to Zakopane and back (bus number 11 is suitable).
