Excellent restaurant, especially the desserts in "Chocolate caffe". It is worth visiting even if you dont stay in the hotel.
Room is spacious and very convinient.
There is a small and empty (!) refrigirator without usual "mini bar" items. This is excellent.
The shuttle to the airport is very convinient, but check with the reception if there is enough space.

A city on the move, Warsaw is constantly changing in an effort to rebuild what was lost during World War II. There’s no better example of this than the stunning Old Town Square, where pastel facades sit alongside dome-topped spires.
Starting here is the Royal Route which passes several historic buildings on its way out to Wilanów, where an ornate Royal Palace is set in a huge park that was the retreat of kings since the 17th century. Just as grandiose is the Palace of Culture and Science, Stalin’s gift to Warsaw that still manages to evoke feelings of hatred and love in equal measure. Go up to the terrace for panoramic city views.
Other cultural features are the Warsaw Uprising Museum, considered the best museum in Poland, and traditional bars that still serve down-to-earth food washed down with a shot of vodka - a throwback to the Communist era. Don’t expect to find a seat though – there aren’t any.
Warsaw also has a thriving club scene and more shopping centers than you could throw a stick at. Not that you’d want to, as you’ll be too busy picking up the bargains.
Just outside the city is Warsaw Airport, efficiently linked by public transport to the city’s hotels, guest houses and hostels, available on Booking.com.

This is a very walkable city with many interesting attractions. I visited Lazienki Park which had the Chopin monument and also the Lazienki Palace. The Old Town also had many restaurants serving local food such as schnitzel and stewed pork ribs with sauerkraut. It was also great to go up the Palace of Culture and see the view of the city from there. I enjoyed walking around the mall located next to the central station.

Warsaw is the great surprise!
Warsaw is the great surprise! Far above my expectation, great architecture, perfectly clean and organised city. Plenty of great parks and green areas, long and massive boulevards...Great place to visit.
Only bad is I couldn't recognised lifestyle vibe. Real Metropolis but no metropolitan vibe unfortunately.
All in all, I recommend this place.

It is a nice city. Well coming and with a lot of potential.
It is a nice city. Well coming and with a lot of potential. A good mix of natural beauty, monuments and history. If one likes old european cities, Warsaw is one. We stayed in the centre of the city and there for food was no problem. Lot of alternatives were available. Public transportation is okay but it is very easy to get taxes and it is incredibly cheap.

Warsaw is historic and much quieter than Krakow.
Warsaw is historic and much quieter than Krakow. Personally, I prefer Warsaw over Krakow cos Krakow is far too crowded with tourists. And I feel Warsaw has more historical structures to see than Krakow.

Warsaw is very clean & felt very safe.
Warsaw is very clean & felt very safe. There were a lot of very good museums, we visited The Polin Museum, The Cold War Museum & The Warsaw Uprising Museum, all excellent.
We also enjoyed the parks where the trees were just starting to blossom. There is a lack of atmosphere due to the city having been rebuilt & restored but you can understand why.
We found good reasonable restaurants & tried as many different Polish dishes as we could. Not enough fruit & vegetables on menus though.
The hotel was a bit of a shock. very stark & utilitarian, like Lego blocks fitted together, I hadn't appreciated that it was more budget than others I've stayed in. It felt like a hostel. Having said that breakfast was perfectly adequate & plenty of it.
We also went to a Chopin concert which was wonderful.
Overall a great trip.

Warsaw has a never-ending offering of things to see and do.
Warsaw has a never-ending offering of things to see and do. This is but one of many trips we've taken to Warsaw and will not be our last. Take the time to do your research and you can find amazing things that the typical tourist doesn't get to experience. Also make sure to double check your visit against the City's schedule of events so that you can take part in something unique or plan your trip to avoid traffic and large crowds, whatever your cup of tea is.
This hotel certainly makes an impression on you from the moment you approach the main gate.
Step inside and you enter a world which can be descriped only as "Modern Royalty". And all that in the middle of Warsaw's Old Town! The property and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accomodating (they even gave me an upgrade). The breakfast in the morning was supurb. I definitely recommend this place and will be back.
Absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing. The rooms are actually clean, airport across the street. Trams across the street and plenty if taxis. Rental cars from the airport are parked in the garage downstairs (huge plus for us) the breakfast is great, much better than we have gotten at any other hotels we have stayed. we have stayed there every t I me we visit poland and will definitely continue to do so.
Amazing in Downtown Warsaw Poland: Don’t miss this apartment. Thoughtfully decorated, good lighting, everything functional. 3 separate rooms in such medium sized area organized functionally. Large inside courtyard with trees and children play park. absolutely peaceful even being in the downtown area. Excellent key pick up arrangements. There was no occasion to call apartment manager at all. Truly fascinating.
I try to stay in this hotel every time I am in Warsaw. It is reasonable priced. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. The little restaurant on site with amazing staff is a bonus. I just can't even think about anything that I would not like.
Keep in mind the hotel is near the airport and a tram line. So it is a bit noisy. But it is not their fault obviously, and it did not bother me personally.
The recent stay was fantastic overall. The hotel's location was convenient, in the city centre, but not very close to the Old Town. If you are travelling for tourist purposes I would prefer to stay in the Old Town or Nowy Swiat area. The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel and would consider returning in the future.
I had very great experience to stay in your hotel from first to my last minute :
- helpful personnel, clean and very comfortable and light room, nice view, plase for work, fresh air (you can open window), very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast 😋 Receptionist call me taxi to the airport and recommend how to get downtown to see the Warsaw. Thank you.
It’s a really nice place right in the heart of the Old Town. Everything was clean and new and lovely. Although there is no reception, we had no problem getting around and someone from the hotel was always available by text and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be definitely choosing this place if we ever happen to be in Warsaw again.
As it is in the capital of Poland, prices are much higher than in other cities. Other than that it was ok to stay in that place, as our main target was the concert, we only slept at the hotel and that's it. It was clean and comfortable. Location is better for business visiting and if you are looking for hotel nearby airport(10mins by car)
We used this hotel as a base while travelling around Poland. Each time we went away the hotel took care of our suitcases allowing us to just take a small bag. Everything suited us perfectly here. Close to the old town, the Metro and the main train station, restaurants etc. I can highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again
A good value hostel right in the middle of Warsaw. In the same road as Hotel Bristol, one of the top two hotels in the city making it easy to find. Situated between the university quarter and old town and close to the river couldn't be much better for the "sights". Perfect for a couple of days exploring the city
The hotel has a great location with many things to do close by (including cafes, restaurants and Old Town is reachable by foot). The rooms are small, but cozy and comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel few times and it a great option to stay at a central area in Warsaw. Recommended!
Great location, kind and helpful staff. This was our splurge hotel on the last night of a whirlwind trip. The hotel is located across from the tomb of the unknown soldiers and beautiful gardens and so close to old town Warsaw. It was an easy bus ride from the airport and plush accommodations.
The hotel is located in the old town of Warsaw, it is very nice to walk there, there are many cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself also has a good restaurant with an extensive menu. Breakfast is not amazing, but everything you need is there. Very friendly staff.
Thank you for the good time in Warsaw. Hotel with excellent location for walking to the center of the city for tourists. Accommodation usual, room service also good for this type of hotel. We can advise this hotel for the transit & for the trip to Poland.
according to the situation in Ukraine, we had problems with arrival in Poland from Ukraine. it took us really long time to get Warsaw by bus. but the hotel staff kindly helped us!
im really grateful 🤗
the room was clean and well prepared!
The breakfast was great! Very delicious, with variety of choices. This is the best breakfast I saw in 4 and 5 stars hotels around the world.
The location is very convenient for those who use Warsaw Zakhidnya
Best thing is the dinner in the restaurant: perfect food, nice menu choice, excellent service, all thumbs up. Breakfast is also not bad. Definitely will come back to this hotel on the way through Poland.
Hotel is very well situated - close to railway station with connections to the airport, close to old town, close to shopping areas etc. The interior facility of my room was great, as were the breakfasts.
