That it is located in BonJesus, which gave me access to wonderful places. But also it is far from the city, if I didn’t had a car, I would’ve find it really hard to go to the city

Braga is a relatively flat city and we walked to all the main sights. Our apartment was steps away from Casa das Natas and we had breakfast there twice- excellent service and yummy food. Around the corner is Maria Alice which also had friendly servers and a different menu- delicious! We ate twice at a Típica which was unique (no spoilers) and the food was great. We spent one rainy morning walking around Braga Parque which was impressive considering how lively it was and malls near us in the US seem to be dying off. If you want spectacular viewpoints visit: Baloiço de Esporões (need a car), Bom Jesus, and Sameiro.

Braga is really beautiful, the old town is breathing some kind of old wisdom, i have difficulties to put my feelings about it in words, in the parts where i was mostly hanging out i had the idea to be part of an old movie. I was here winter 2023 and it was raining a lot and i think it was part of the peace of mind it gave me. the silence in the streets. Just outside Braga you can find Bom Jesus do Monto and that is really impressive as well, like really really. I didn't went much to restaurants or bars but you can find them plenty.

Very nice town for a two day stay.
Very nice town for a two day stay. I happened to be there on the 1ST of December and joined in the festivities of the Christmas celebration which seemed to involve the whole town.
Braga is very old and historic and it has a lot of charm for its size and I enjoyed finding what felt like secret corners of the town to enjoy.

Braga was full of fascinating history- beautiful buildings, very friendly people. It is convenient for Porto airport, lots of choice for places to eat. I would like to have seen the Roman ruins (which we didn't find..)and museums - not enough time. We took the bus to Guimaraes and enjoyed exploring there too!
Catarina, muito obrigada. This is a gem of a location and being there during The Anniversary of the Day of Portugal, Camões, and Portuguese Communities was a great joy. Even when the festivities were playing, if I wished to have quiet the room provided enough sound proofing. The room is beautiful, the orange walls alongside the framed images, and an air conditioned blessing to be in when experiencing the extremely hot weather. This is a beautifully preserved historic house in Braga.
The location of this hotel is excellent – just steps from the very heart of the historic center of Braga. It's a perfect place to start exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, so we got great rest. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough for us, and my wife appreciated the hair dryer. We also had a balcony, from which we could see the facade of the Igreja do Carmo, so that was a pleasant surprise.
Turned from a former hospital into a beautiful place for guests this hotels contained many positive surprises, signaling the good taste of the interior designers. We had wonderful rooms, spacious and with a balcony. The pool was wonderful as was breakfast each morning! So many great delicacies to choose from and a lovely place to sit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Safe parking. Great location to visit the beautiful city of Braga!
Super nice room in the center of the beautiful old town of Braga. Room was clean and quiet, with free coffee in the room, and tea/coffee/snacks in the common room. The hosts are super friendly, always responded quickly, allowed an earlier check in, and gave many inside tips on what to see and where to eat. Would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is in an excellent location in the pedestrian area of Braga. It is small and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of advice on what to do and where to eat. The room had lots of light, the windows opened, the bed was comfortable. Everything was good quality.
The location is excellent but the room was ok. No face towels were given just for shower. The shower pressure was excellent but the drain was clogged so the shower had to be quick! Very basic room and to be honest I expected more from Ibis Hotel. The breakfast was ok too but staff 5 star rating!
My wife and I stayed in the Burgus Tribute & Design Hotel in Braga for one night during a holiday in Portugal. The hotel is very nice and the reception staff were fantastically helpful.
Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast (to be ordered the evening before) was excellent.
It’s a very well located hotel, very clean and in a typical Portuguese building. Around you can find a lot places to eat and shop and walk. The breakfast served in a small area was perfect. The staff very gentle and servicial. Braga is a beautiful city to stay and relax.
The staff is super friendly and professional. All members of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay a positive experience. The breakfast was everything I asked for and of an exceptional quality. I recommend to stay in this hotel when visiting the city of Braga.
We came into Braga for one night for the Spain vs. Portugal soccer match. The location was just lovely - right in the center of town. The space was comfortable and relatively quiet for being in the center of the action (good windows). Good quality for the price.
The hotel is very well located to visit by walk the lovely city of Braga. We had a very nice journey in this hotel thanks notably to the kindness of the personnel's establishment and all the good tips they gave us.
Very nice hotel. Perfect location, just in the heart of the Braga. Everything is close - Bus station, shops, cafes and side seeings. I can recommend the hotel to Braga visitors. Good value for money.
Old Cherish that has been renovated into a modern hotel whilst retaining the old world feel. great location in the heart of Braga and good parking on the hotel site. nice pool for kids
High class, wonderful host, elevator directly to the room, personalized and attentive breakfast, very clean and comfortable including the bed (which tend to be very firm in Portugal)
