The Atrium was a God sent. We were stuck in Saint Martin due to Hurricane Erin. We book the Atrium because we needed to leave our time share. We also wanted to be close to the airport 🛫. They were very accommodating. Everyone at the resort treated us very well.

An Unforgettable Act of Kindness – Thank You, Belair Beach Hotel I recently had an unexpected and very emotional experience while on a cruise that had to be cut short due to a medical emergency involving my sister. She became seriously ill and required emergency surgery in St. Maarten. I was not able to stay with her in the hospital and had to find accommodations quickly. I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff at Belair Beach Hotel, especially Khatija and Catherine, for their incredible kindness, compassion, and support during those difficult two days. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel cared for and safe during what was one of the most stressful times of my life. Their understanding and warmth went far beyond what I ever expected from a hotel staff. They were not just professional—they were human, and their empathy made all the difference. Because of them, Belair Beach Hotel will always have a special place in my heart. I will absolutely return if I ever come back to St. Maarten, this time under happier circumstances. Thank you again, Khatija and Catherine, for everything you did for me. You truly went above and beyond. Warmest regards,

    The view is AMAZING. You are given the sunrise directly from your window! The place is spacious, for both relaxing indoors, and on the balcony. Having easy access to Dawn Beach, without needing to drive, was great also. Lastly, it's a quiet area, for those who don't want to be in the center of a wild city area, or drive around in traffic 24/7.

    The location of the hotel was good and popular with guests. The bar by the beach is a short walk away and is the best part of this establishment - friendly staff, good food and drinks and fantastic view and access to the beautiful beach.
