The hotel had a perfect location in the old city. We walked to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our flight came in very early, and we were provided with coffee and breakfast while our room was made up early for our check in. The room was very large and very clean! The hotel kept our luggage for us after check out so that we could continue to walk around the city before we had to leave. They regularly offered us bottles of water. Breakfast was delicious.

Very nice and modern hotel in a great location (walking distance to Hagi Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterns 28 minutes and 15 minutes walking distance to the Grand Bazaar). We had a great view of one of the mosques and AC worked really well. Great facilities to unwind after a day of walk (dry and wet sauna).

A very cozy and beautiful hotel for couples and families. The rooms are very clean, and the service is great. Mr. Ahmad the owner, was available on daily basis and made sure that everything is going well. Thank you for your great hospitality, and all the best of luck. Thank you Mouneeb for your great hospitality and help and thanks to Isalm and Pery at the reception, it was our great pleasure to know all of you. The breakfast is very convenient and nice. Ask for Abdullah 👍🏻 he is the breakfast guy, amazing. It is advised you book your room with breakfast. And when you book, take the delux room, a bit more expensive, but much better. The staff speakers several languages, so you have no issues in communication. Taksim street is 3 min walk. Lots of shops around to buy things. Highly recommend to stay there. Next visit, I'll make sure to stay there as well.

The Best of Asia and Europe

The city of Istanbul offers a trip unlike any other, encompassing Asian and European cultures to create a heady mix of art, music and food. The amazing Old Town and the Sultanahmet are home to iconic Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. More history is hidden in the Topkapi Palace, where you can glimpse the splendor and opulence of Turkey’s Ottoman heritage.

My recent stay in Istanbul was truly memorable. The city offers a perfect blend of rich history, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality. From the breathtaking views of the Marmara Sea to the bustling energy of the Grand Bazaar and the tranquility of its mosques, Istanbul balances tradition and modernity in a unique way. The people were welcoming and helpful, and the food was an experience in itself — from fresh seafood to authentic Turkish delights. Whether for business or leisure, Istanbul is a city that leaves a lasting impression and calls you back again.

Istanbul is an amazing city to visit, it is very picturesque and historic. It is like it takes you back in time and you feel all the legacy behind the city and religious importance. There are many beautiful mosques and historical Islamic saints to pay respects to and obtain benefit from. Public transport (metro, train and ferry) and taxis are extremely well priced. Food is expensive especially in tourist spots but you can look around and find good value spots too e.g. in Sirkici. Topkapi, Ayub Sultan, Fatih mosque, Hagia Sofia, Blue mosque (Sultan Ahmed), Sulemania mosque, Ertugrul Tekke mosque (resting place of Shaykh Zafir), the Bosphorus cruise and Princes Islands were highlights. The whirling dervishes was also mesmerising and well worth experiencing. In summary Istanbul is both a holiday and spiritual experience.

I visited Istanbul 16 years ago and fortunately saw the main sites then. I only came back this time because it was the finishing point of my tour. This time I found it extremely crowded, especially in Sultanehmet and the Bazaars. Prices have gone crazy. They are asking for Euros, cash and things are way overpriced. Touts are constantly hassling you to buy tickets etc. There are other cities/countries in Europe less visited, very safe and better priced. (Romania, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan).

So big and so nice city, public transportation is good.

So big and so nice city, public transportation is good. Many thnings can be done there and they are all nice. The nature, bosphoure, parks, historic places, food, and even free walks in the city. It's a clean and safe city as well. Just do a small home work to search for the price of everything, cause you'll overpay anything if you didnt do that. I stayed beside Taksim square, and everything in Taksim has over price, starting from the ice cream, exchange rate and the food, desserts (baklawa). When I go away from the touristic place (such as Taksim) I find better prices and better quality. The last thing, you need to stay close to public transportation; as teh taxi/uber there are very expensive.

I always stay at the Marble Hotel in Istanbul, whether with family or as a solo traveler. This December, I had three different bookings as I traveled to Bursa and returned. I've stayed here almost 10 times over the past three years, spending a total of more than 30 days. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. Eren is an excellent leader. The breakfast was outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—right at the heart of Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. December in Istanbul was exceptional, with amazing weather.

In all of our many years of travelling, this is the best customer service we have ever experienced. The staff here are simply exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and big. The location is perfect. The breakfast is tasty and huge. The hotel organised laundry, an airport transfer and a Bosphorus cruise for us and it all went flawlessly. They also upgraded us free of charge. This was a perfect experience and we will stay here again on our next visit in Istanbul!

I enjoyed my two days at this hotel. The location is great. Despite being close to Taksim Square and a 10 min walk from the shuttle bus to Istanbul airport, the street wasn't loud and overcrowded as it was with other places I came across. The staff, especially Elchin was quite friendly and professional.
