This was my second time in Radisson Blue, Sisli. Great experience again. Prime location in the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Upon checking in, we were offered an upgrade. After entering into our room, we noticed the room is an smoking allowable type of room and hence the amount of smell was unbearable for us. After contacting the reception, we were immediately offered a replacement and they also moved the welcome cake which they had provided for my wife's birthday to our new room. One thing that sets this hotel apart from others is their breakfast. It's exceptional! both in quality of the items and variety. It makes an amazing start to your day during your stay. I'll defenitelly come back again.

This was a tiny but very clean cubicle. Fortunately, I was near the common bathroom shared by men and women, which only had one regular toilet and one squat toilet. I did not have problems waiting for it though.

The city of Istanbul offers a trip unlike any other, encompassing Asian and European cultures to create a heady mix of art, music and food. More history is hidden in the Topkapi Palace, where you can glimpse the splendor and opulence of Turkey’s Ottoman heritage.

Istanbul is a vibrant modern city with lots of rich history.
Istanbul is a vibrant modern city with lots of rich history. Ir's very cosmopolitan and diverse. The Haghia Sofia and Blue Mosque are beautiful. You can visit the Princess Islands by boarding the ship at Eminonu for about 100 Lira. You can visit Dolmabahce palace and Galata Tower. Hafiz Mustafa has some great dessert. They have several modern shopping outlets,,one is called Kanyon.
AVOID:
Taxis (rip off)
Shopping at Grand Bazaar
Don't pick up a brush if a shoe guy drops it (scam).

I fell in love with Istanbul!
I fell in love with Istanbul! I'd go back anytime and stay longer. The people are very welcoming and hardworking, the food is great and affordable, with so many options. It's a huge city with a vibrant nightlife, awesome shopping centers, and bazaars that have everything. I bought so many clothes that I had to add two extra bags for my flight back. The city literally never sleeps: hair and nail salons are open until 3 am, and restaurants, fast food joints, shops, and markets until 4 am, with crowds everywhere 24/7. The Bosphorus is amazing, offering numerous cruise options with dining and parties. I also love Turkish delights. It's a city rich in history and culture.

It is a very busy city and the tourist areas are nice but chaotic.
The Basilica Cistern was the best attraction for me and the cruises.
The city is very expensive, even for the locals.
As a tourist, sometimes you are ripped off more than what you pay in bigger cities such as London or Paris.
People are very different, sometimes they are very helpful but in many cases, they are not welcoming if you are not spending a lot of money ( I suppose tourists are partially blamed for the high living costs).
Transportation by Tram and Metro is great, but there is massive traffic for any other transport.
Most taxi drivers are nice people but be very careful with some other ones. They have no hesitation in charging you 5 times more than necessary. Even when you agree on a price, they change more later. Same applied for food. The price varies significantly from one shop to the next one.
The famous landmarks are good to visit (if you do not mind the queue or the high entrance fees), but if you have visited similar countries before, do not expect to be amazed. Some great mosques are free to visit and I found them most interesting from architectural and cultural points of view.
The city feels safe in general if you avoid certain areas.

Pleasantly surprised as had read a few negative reviews.
Pleasantly surprised as had read a few negative reviews. Really huge city , we manage to see quite a bit in 7 days. Public transport system in city easy to use and very cheap. Love the ferry rides with great views of the city and nice and cool in the warmer weather. If you love shopping you would be in heaven. There is all types of produce sold in markets , bazaars and shopping districts. Architecture and history also amazing, lots of free entertainment, walk around look up. All types of food fresh in markets and all types of food outlets.
The airport also deserves a mention, check in to our flight was quick and painless, everything very well organised and efficient. Private airport transfers very good service , price very reasonable.

We can only provide a review on the Fatih district of Istanbul which is a city with historical roots and can offer a diverse program. In general, you cannot go wrong with visiting any of the historical buildings. There are also a myriad of restaurants with a good view.
Nonetheless, Istanbul is not a city for a long stay. The streets are overcroweded with tourists and you have to pay high prices for anything (even after long bargaining). For instance, if you want to eat at Galata Bridge and enjoy the nice view, you start with food prices 4x higher than other restaurants in Fatih. We could lower the price to 1.5x-2x of the normal prices. All these things are less relaxing and after a weekend we were exhausted and happy to leave the city. We might come back however to explore other parts.
The hotel was great, very convenient location close to Taksim square. The hotel is very clean.
The room is very big and bright, there’re many TV channels, including Russian. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The host speaks fluent Russian and helped me a lot during my stay, told be about best places to visit, helped to charge the transportation card, and called the taxi to the airport at discount rate.
I enjoyed my stay a lot and next time in Istanbul will choose this hotel to stay again for sure.
The staff were extremely friendly & went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Thank you to the manager who provide us with all info's needed in Istanbul , and our special thanks goes to the wonderful chef (Nejat) who made us delicious roll meat & Turkish coffee. Another pros of the hotel is its location; the hotel is located in walking distance to the famous Taksim square where there are plenty of shops & restaurants. Thus, we are definitely booking our next stay with them again. Thank you 🙏🏻.
First of all, let me say that the hotel is in the very heart of Istanbul. From here, it is possible to walk to Taksim Square in just 10 minutes. If you come to Taksim, it can be said that Istanbul is yours. The hotel is in a perfect location. Breakfast is quite good. The employees are very good, especially ALI - we thank you very much, as Azerbaijanis. Thank you very much for your support. In short, anyone who wants to spend the night in an ideal place and walk around Istanbul can choose this place.
Hamza is the best!!!! He was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. He was very kind to help us book our night bus to Cappadocia, book our hamam (which is a great recommendation from him as well), and arrange for our taxi going to bus station.
Rooms are nice and clean too! Our favorite part is the high pressure hot shower and the location (located center and close to a lot of tourist attractions in Istanbul).
Will definitely come back and stay in this same hotel. 5/5 stars🌟
The location was perfect and strategic. 3-5minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. 10minutes walk to Sultanahmet tram station.
The breakfast floor has spectacular view (hagia sophia and blu mosque). Breakfast spread was good.
The bed was comfy, water pressure was good and the heater works well.
The owner was friendly and help us to book bosphorus cruise and activate our istanbul kart since we didnt know how to do it.
Definitely one of the best hotel during our trip!
Location is exceptional, it's in taksim square and at the same time we didn't hear much noise.
Different kinds of transportation is available and so close.
Aras was very helpful and kind and let us extend our stay and changed our room to a double room which was perfect and had everything we needed
The room was spacious unlike a lot of hotels with the same budget.
Totally recommened if you want to be in the middle of Istanbul on a budget and enjoy your stay in a nice place.
In all of our many years of travelling, this is the best customer service we have ever experienced. The staff here are simply exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and big. The location is perfect. The breakfast is tasty and huge. The hotel organised laundry, an airport transfer and a Bosphorus cruise for us and it all went flawlessly. They also upgraded us free of charge. This was a perfect experience and we will stay here again on our next visit in Istanbul!
The hosts and owner were very friendly and hospitable, treating guests like friends and family. I also really liked the ambiance of the hotel as well as how the rooms were decorated. It is also very strategically located as it is just steps from Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. And even if it is so near the busy and crowded area of Taksim, I still felt very safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in Istanbul.
Location is perfect next to Metro and walking distance to Galata Tower and even Taksim square and street shops. Many restaurants and shops very close although the street itself is quiet. The attention from Safak from reception was the BEST! He helped me to find a taxi to travel and has been always helpful with luggage and everything. I’ll come back to stay in Perazre hotel if I’m coming back to Istanbul
Outstanding experience at Taksim area! The staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay unforgettable. Omer’s assistance truly made my trip memorable, he organized tours flawlessly, ensuring I got the best out of Istanbul.!
The hotel’s ideal location near Taksim Square was convenient, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. Highly recommend staying here!
Okay so they upgraded me . Excellent service excellent recetion staff. Especially night staff very friendly . Service is probably as good as any 5 star hotel. The location the coffe shop the atmoshphere just everything was right . Prob for the money the best Hotel by far in Istanbul. Very helpful porter staff cleaner. Just was right thankyou very Mich Shoaib
This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, although near Taksim Square and a great location for exploring a section of Istanbul we had not spent enough time in when exploring Sultanahmet three weeks earlier.
The staff were friendly and the room spotless at a reasonable price. The included breakfast was great.
We would stay here again.
1. Comfortable transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The journey time is just under 10 minutes.
2. Excellent restaurant onsite, which is open until 00:00.
3. Rooms are clean and spacious.
4. Very friendly staff, comparable to 5 star hotels.
5. Would definitely recommend to other Istanbul transiters/visitors.
Fantastic hotel, beautiful room, comfortable, has elevator, and staff is extraordinary and understands English very well. The location is perfect, right next to Istiklal street, Metro, and the Beyoglu tunnel, 5 minutes from tram, 15 minute walk from Taksim Square. Perfect place to stay in Istanbul.
the hotel is in the best location of Taksim square, the room is great, the owners are very nice people willing to help you in everything.
there is a washing machine to wash clothes.
breakfast amazing.
I will definitely go again on my next trip to Istanbul.
thank you very much for everything 🙏
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very close to the Taksim square. One can enjoy lively atmosphere of Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants, fast food and Turkish delight around the hotel. A good value for the money.
The location of the hotel was near galata tower and taksim square made it easier exploring that area of Istanbul. All the staff members were welcoming, very helpful and always available, Ali and Kadir made my stay very confortable.
The best bed I slept in istanbul. spent nights at different supposed 5 star hotels, only this had a decent bed to sleep in. others their bed was too soft. supermarket was right behind and close to wide variety of restaurants
Great ! Hotel is near Taksim square, comfortable to transport to airport and all where in Istanbul👍 . All of staff are very friendly . Hotel is quite and clean . Thanks for my nice holidays 😍😍
The location is excellent, being close to Taksim Square, and the hotel itself is stunning. However, the rooms are small for accommodation, which is typical of many hotels in Istanbul.
