Room space for price, staff personel and facilities
Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.

Unfortunately, we arrived during a huge CAR SHOW & Pigeon Forge was JAMMED with cars & people! Terrible traffic jams and total gridlock downtown & on some side streets. Trolleys were either not running at all or stuck in the same traffic jams in the downtown area. We would definitely avoid any huge shows or large crowded activities in the future!! All parking & eating establishments were filled to capacity & then some. NEEDED: Some sort of TRAFFIC CONTROL during these huge events!! There were unmanageable gridlocks for the entire event! NEVER AGAIN.

Pigeon Forge has become my new (Go-To) destination!
Pigeon Forge has become my new (Go-To) destination! Have been here 4 times in under a year and have two more trips planned for spring and summer! Originally my stay was centered around (Dollywood), but when you travel through Severe County and especially (Pigeon Forge), it's hard not to fall in love with this place! There is so much to do here that it never gets old, and I find myself wanting to explore more and more! Wish I lived closer, so I could visit more often! maybe one day I'll move here and be able to enjoy it all...all the time!

We enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge sweetly nestled in the Smoky Mountains. We visited the area a couple of years ago and were surprise to see that it is becoming more commercialized. But love the area all the same
It is a wonderful place for honey mooners, famlies, and spring breakers. There are great amusement parks and resturants and shopping. However, sadly not very conducive to retirees.
Gatlinburg is very close and also a must visit. After enjoying shopping, resturants, and many family activities be sure to enjoy hiking and breathing in the Smoky Moutain scenic views and the crisp fresh air.

A unique community…very adventure entertainment centered.
A unique community…very adventure entertainment centered. Being able to drive to Great Smoky Mountain national park within 20 minutes, close to Gatlinburg. We’re new to the upstate and it was a great locale for a 3 night getaway.
The wheel on the Island, shops and Sky Fly was good fun, Parrot Mountain (10 min drive) was another first for us, so many beautiful birds to interact with. Next time we’ll tackle Dollywood when the great grandkids in tow.

Loved the titanic museum, the mountain top roller coaster, and all the shops. The island the fountains are nice, the ferris wheel is a blast. There is also a couple flea markets close by that were great
The hotel was decent. Nothing spectacular but nothing horrible either. The rooms were nice. The indoor pool was amazing, especially the lazy river. Zack was very welcoming and exciting to talk with. The rooms were pretty clean. The shower had very hot water, which is amazing. The location was easily accessed and close to everything on the parkway. It was really quiet at night.
This was our second stay at this location and we enjoy the location to Dollywood, but when we stay here it has dominos pizza and a Hardee’s within walking distance or driving if you choose without having to get out on the parkway. Also there is a dollar general directly next to hotel for any forgotten essentials. The breakfast in the morning is delicious.
This hotel is in a great location convenient to pigeon forge, Gatlinburg, and dollywood. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly it was very quiet! Unless we're renting a cabin for the whole family, this will be where we stay! On a side note, the weather was cooler so didn't try the pool, but they did look clean and well maintained.
Wonderful location in the always lovely Pigeon Forge, and situated right in front of the Apple Barn (no affiliation though). The room and bed were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had the expected accommodations. Even though our room was facing the busy road, we couldn’t really hear the sounds of traffic outside.
Great location! Staff is incredible, everyone is so nice. Breakfast is wonderful, great selections every day. The shower was amazing, didn't want to get out. Of all the times we've visited the area, this is the only hotel we've stayed at more than once, and will definitely stay there again.
We will defiantly stay here again. I will recommend this hotel to everyone that says they are coming to your area to stay here. Beds where great. Furniture was beyond perfect. Clean. Shower was great. Balcony was a nice touch to sit and listen to the water from the creek running.
The location was very convenient, The breakfast that was served every morning was phenomenal. The River was a nice touch to the hotel the staff was very nice my girls loved that they had popcorn and hot chocolate every night. over all we had a great stay at the inn on the river
This is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The hotel is always clean and tidy, breakfast is good, staff is friendly, rooms are big and perfect for families.the pools are fun and it's located in the middle of everything. Always pick this one if it's available!
The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The massaging shower was awesome after a long day at Dollywood. The hotel was 2.5 miles from Dollywood and close to everything on the Parkway.
We loved the balcony overlooking the river. The hotel was in a good location away from the main road in Pigeon Forge, but close enough to restaurants and the Smoky Mountains. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Handy location for our visit to Pigeon Forge
plenty of parking.
indoor & outdoor pools , although we didn’t try them.
staff were friendly & helpful.

Housekeeping
we loved that the property was on the River, the location was perfect for us because we wanted to be close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge, and the staff was helpful and kind.
Convenient location on Main Street of Pigeon Forge.
Beds were comfortable!
I chose this hotel because it served breakfast and had 2 pools for my grandkid’s bday celebration.
Hotel appeared to be full and parking was a problem at the site; overflow lot to rear did the job.
Sunday morning showers were a problem due to no hot water.
