Nothing. Wanted to cancel after we saw the room, but feared we would be charged.

The room was ok. 1. The light switch for the bathroom sink was next to the room door, instead of by the sink. 2. The door for the bathroom would not stay open, when opened to the room. It would stop in middle of the hall between the sink and bathroom. 3. The shower curtain was too short for the handicap shower. The water kept running onto the floor of the bathroom. We had to keep putting a towel on the tub to stop the water. 4. The heater/air conditioner would make a loud noise. Turning on and off randomly. My husband had to keep slapping heater/air conditioner with his hand at night to stop the noice. 5. Lastly, the maid did not service our room on Sunday 4/6/25. We left the room before noon. We removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign, expecting our room would be serviced, only to find the maid did not give us clean towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not made and the television remote was not working, so the TV was stuck on. We had to turn the television off manually when we got back in the evening from visiting family and my husband’s dad funeral.

It was handy, close to where I was visiting and peaceful.
