Location; management was very helpful in helping me get a long stay, without having to change rooms. Table and chairs to eat at. Shower worked well. Liked a real key that always works instead of a magnetic card. Lighting was good.
Accommodated having housekeeping only when I asked for it.

Bed and Pillows are very comfortable. Love the aesthetic of the hotel. The gym experience is fantastic glad that is included in the hotel stay. Town is very walkable from the hotel.

hotel location was wonderful but that was all that was good about our stay. ac in our room didn.t work. hotel was under construction we were never notified about this. we had to step over drop cloths and paint cans in hallway. none of the outside sidewalk lights were working wires hanging out everywhere. wood and siding was left on the ground no cation tape or anything. there was holes in the plastic drain holes outside my sons foot went right into one because you couldn.t even see them in the long grass. there was trash in the elevator that stayed the whole lenght of our stay. everything was out of order. laundry soap dispenser, there was a hole in the dryer hose blowing hot back into the room. air conditioners, one of the elevators, snack machines and breakfast was very blah and wasnt much to be offered. ive stayed at ramadas before and this one was definitely not upto standards

We love staying at the park at your door motels that are privately owned. We would much rather give our money to them than a chain, especially in these times. We were very pleased with Saco Motel and would not hesitate recommending it or staying there again.
Room was sparkling clean, beds comfortable. It was an older motel updated appropriately. Loved it.

The reviews were above what we feel they should have been.
The reviews were above what we feel they should have been. I can only talk of our experience. First, the room was clean so that was not a problem. Room very dated and not handy. Pipes under bathroom sink exposed with no counter with sink Only a ledge in a few places for toiletries. Not handy at all. Shower was very small and dark. Microwave sets on top of frig in awkward place in room. But the room was clean so that was good.

Not much to do in Saco, honestly.
Not much to do in Saco, honestly. There is a beach nearby, but it was raining, so…
We did go to the Way Way store; rather disappointing.
We ate dinner at Sea Salt Lobster; the wait time was 45 minutes on a Tuesday night! Food was just ok; waitress was terrible and we waited over an hour for our food!

Lived in Saco for many years, and hadn't been back there in over 25 yrs. I was impressed with the changes that have been made. Still able to Breakfast @ the Lucky Logger, and of course Rapid Rays Hot Dogs are still a legend. Huot's Seafood Restaurant in Camp Ellis is still the Best. And you have to stop on the Ferry Rd to have some Garside's Ice Cream Fun Town appears to still be a blast, for the younger crowd. And there's still a Drive-In Movie Theater, a real "Blast from the Past". If you want for something to do around Saco, it's your own fault. Don't wait for the movie to come out, live it now ! LOL

The city of Saco is easy to navigate.
The city of Saco is easy to navigate. There are an abundance of gas stations, banks/atms and plenty of restaurants and/or fast food choices. It's just a short distance to the beach by car.
The location and cost were the primary factors for choosing this location. Many of the local hotels were not open for the season yet.
It served it's purpose, which was an inexpensive place to stay for the evening.
To be absolutely clear, I am a gigging musician, so I spend a lot of time in hotels when I travel to a location. This is certainly not the worst place I've stayed... the price was the driving factor (that and not many places are open off season for a beach location like OOB)
Our company rented the Gregory house for the evening to host our annual holiday party. The property is gorgeous and so cozy that everyone felt comfortable and the party went so well. We even have decided to try to book again next year. The only small issue was the parking area by the house is small for a larger gathering, but the host was able to quickly communicate parking nearby we could use for overflow.

this entire home is so so gorgeous and spacious for everything our family needed to have a relaxing weekend. the kitchen was fully Stocked, there was plenty of linens and even things we forgot! we will definitely stay here again, we’ve always stayed in hotels but this was %100 better than 5 star hotels! lol
The location is very convenient to the main st in Saco. Only 1 minute from the saco exit off Interstate 95. Surprisingly quiet. Bed is comfy and towels are white. This is a place I find convenient to stay each time I visit the Saco and Old Orchard Beach area.
The breakfast was wonderful. Different every day and plenty of it! Well cooked, well presented and no shortage. The dining area overlooked a little bit of garden and we could watch the squirrels from our table, just lovely.
Location was plain weird. I suspect the hotel is used for section 8 housing. Initial front desk person was not very friendly and neglected to give us important paperwork re having dogs at the hotel
