We loved the outdoor pool and all the chairs available. We felt safe with all the video cameras and key card access to the parking lot. The location was great. We came to checkout Vanderbilt and I wanted to stay near the college but it was last minutes so not much was available- but even traffic was not too bad even with construction. The room was clean and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a nice spread

My sister & I went to Nashville to see a band we enjoy & get away from the stress of daily life. We didn't stay more than a couple days but managed to hit Broadway twice (once for the rooftop concert) and enjoyed the change of pace. It was like going back a couple decades in a sense, it's mainly one big party, lots of Live music & friendly people that we saw. Don't get wrong we were warned to stay away from certain areas by our servers in the restaurants & saw some people we avoided but overall it was a wonderfully fun place to be!! I'd love to go back but doubt I can anytime soon. And the food OMG it's AMAZING!!!!

Nashville is a fun, happy place.
Nashville is a fun, happy place. I’ve never met so many friendly people in my life. All the workers were kind, funny and very helpful.
My daughter and I were there for CMA fest and we found it to be a warm fun, loving town. It did seem like everyone was prepared for the crowds, the traffic, they had plenty of Ubers, taxis and shuttles to get you to, and from where you needed to go. I was very impressed.

This was our second visit to Nashville.
This was our second visit to Nashville. It is a very fun but expensive place to visit. We enjoyed looking for the different murals and exploring the city. We love Broadway and the all it has to offer. The live music and getting to listen to all of the different bands is the best.

Hotel was ideally located for the Nissan Stadium which was 10 min walk away on game day. There was also a shuttle service running to downtown Nashville throughout the day and evening which dropped off at the end of the strip so bars and attractions were easy to reach.
Breakfast was buffet style with cooked items as well as cereals, pastries and cook your own waffles. Always well stocked and cooked.
Room was clean if a little battered in places, but was great for a couple of days stay in Nashville.
"My stay at Comfort Inn Downtown Music City Center exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. The room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Nashville. With its unbeatable location and top-notch amenities, this hotel truly sets the standard for excellence in hospitality. I can't recommend it highly enough!"
Hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Located beside the airport so of course there were occasional noises from flyovers but was not an issue. Extremely convenient if you are using the airport, they have an included transportation service to and from the airport/hotel. We were visiting for downtown Nashville and booked this hotel because it was cheaper than downtown. We took an Uber and it was definitely worth it. Really enjoyed our stay.
Best location in downtown Nashville! You are mere blocks and even steps away from popular venues, restaurants and entertainment! We were in town for the Nashville Symphony and had the best weekend.
The hotel was easy to find, good parking (fyi: valet is $45 per overnight stay), very clean and comfortable. They had a large breakfast downstairs but we opted to eat at Kitchen Notes across the street at the Omni (so so good!).
This hotel was worth the money we paid weve had a very enjoyable stay!
There are mo baths in rooms only showers
Staff were very polite and we always got a good morning when we ran into them
Breakfast was adequate and enough
Area was clean and kept tidy by staff
Great area to get to downtown Nashville
Parking could be a problem if returning late as we found out one night
All in all we loved it and would stay again
The hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds. There was a receptionist who greeted us every time we returned from touring around Nashville, which made us feel welcome. The hotel felt safe because I noticed that the front door was locked, and only guests could enter using their keycards. The location was convenient, with just one bus ride needed to reach downtown Nashville.
The apartment was very nice - clean, big, with 4 comfortable beds and 3 nice bathrooms, AND a fully equipped kitchen. It was cheaper than a hotel room, and the accommodations were much, much better! Close to everything in Germantown, downtown. We walked to the concert at Brooklyn Bowl, walked to all area restaurants, and downtown.
great location for Nashville and centennial park- hotel has shuttle but can walk into Nashville- Rooms clean and spacious - restaurants nearby and shops - thoroughly recommend indian across the road - most of the staff very helpful and friendly in this busy hotel - good amenities in room - easy parking - helpful valets
Everything!! This hotel was a dream. Cheap 5-7 minute Uber ride to downtown, Germantown, and east Nashville spots. Absolutely beautiful lobby that you actually want to hang out in for coffee or drinks. Had to do a little work from there and it was perfect. The free coffee was a nice bonus! Huge pretty rooms.
The location is amazing if you want to stay in the heat of downtown Nashville. It's walking distance from most of Broadway. It was an amazing experience. The hotel is small and a little tight. But that's to be expected honestly. Trust me if you want to enjoy Nashville night life this is the place to stay.
This hotel is beautiful. Staff was always super friendly and welcoming. In a great location. Quick walk to all the downtown attractions and easy Uber to east Nashville and more. 9 minute drive from the airport too. Definitely eat at Ella’s. Was one of the best restaurants we visited in the downtown area.
Absolutely everything. I have found the best hotel in Nashville. I will stay here anytime I am in Nashville. The room was superb, the app to control the room and order room service was excellent. The ability to stream from my devices to the tv was an excellent touch. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Lovely hotel in a great location! Near to the airport, easy to get to Downtown Nashville and nice to have the mall next door too for shopping! Special shout-out to Frankie at Breakfast - such a lovely lady with a beautiful smile and would do anything she could to help you!
Absolutely loved the meals provided and the cocktails included with the stay and the hot tub and the staff was wonderful, will definitely go back to the Drury Plaza Hotel in downtown Nashville again and all our friends agree it was awesome!
The hotel was close to Broadway and other great locations in downtown Nashville. The rooms were spacious and had the most comfortable beds. The rooftop pool was a pleasant surprise!
Well the location was accessible to stuff, as airport is not too far away from.DT. The place was cheap, in a town full of overpriced tourist trap hotels.
