This is the first hotel I've stayed in in my entire life that the features I paid for (in this case the in-room jacuzzi) matched the pictures of the website exactly. I got exactly what I paid for and it was so great. I also fully expected a terrible hotel breakfast, but I was astonished to see that it was actually an incredible, high-quality selection. The location was the best part - I could literally round the corner and I'm a short walk to town.

It is conveniently located. The staff is friendly. We love they are dog friendly and you have designated parking-very important! I loved both of the beds - one is the kind you just sink down into This is our 2nd stay there with our dogs and we love it. The 2nd bedroom is practically sound proof. someone in the 1st room was snoring LOL and once I closed the bedroom door you couldn’t hear anything.

GREATLY appreciate Gavin's immediate assistance with the leaky window from the rain storm by moving us to another availability since the carpet was getting soaked and we wouldn't have been able to keep the AC on since it's right by the window and if you know anything about the Crescent Hotel, those older rooms can get quite stuffy quite quickly no matter the season but it's still an awesome place to stay! LOVED the Haunted Tour of the hotel by Jinx, especially will all the great personal stories she shared - just wish there was more time since the time allocated just didn't feel like it gave it justice given ALL her awesome expertise!

Eureka Springs is a very pleasant place with lots of things to do for all ages. Many shops and lots of history. We had some really awesome food from every where we ate. We rode the hills and valleys, just beautiful.

Very cool and progressive community, at least in the Dow downtown areas. My wife and I have been to this town many times, and it always feels a bit like a home away from home. This is an amazing g place to “get away.” Great restaurants, lots of interesting history and places, and often even more interesting people. We have never had a bad time in Eureka Springs! The Voodoo Lounge was a very cool spot to hang out at post dinner time.

We went during February which is off-season. I didn't feel like there was much to do but walk around but it may be better when everything is open. Would go back to see the Passion Play but would only stay a couple of days. The Rowdy Beaver had great Prim Rib and excellent service.

My perspective comes from having lived in New Orleans,...
My perspective comes from having lived in New Orleans, countless visits to the Tennessee Smoky Mountains and family in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi.
Some of the quirkiness at Eureka Springs includes:
A mix of Gatlinburg, Tennessee (wonderful sights, shops), Bay St. Louis, Mississippi (laid back), a splash of the New Orleans French Quarter(history, character, good food, joie de vivre) with a generous shake of seediness (seediness in the 'best sense', authentic, real, not overly touristy).
It is a pleasant surprise to find such a unique town where I did not expect to.
The Angel is located on the edge of old downtown Eureka Springs, so getting downtown was quick and easy.
Darrel and Susan are wonderful hosts. Susan makes wonderful breakfasts and Darrel loves to visit. They have lived interesting lives and have interesting stories to tell.
The facilities are the best B&B we have ever stayed in. It was purposely built as a B&B and it is very comfortable. We will be staying at the Angel again the next time we go to Eureka Springs.
The location was PERFECT to catch the trolley out front. Very well appointed lobby as you felt like you were walking in the past. Everything excellent condition and clean. (Furniture & fixtures &drapes) Breakfast area was always clean and well maintained. Selection adequate. Housekeeping did a fantastic job on everything in the hotel. (Big Plus). The gym and sauna was very well maintained as well. Aqua area was inviting and relaxing.
The owners and staff were amazing! Great location (0.80 miles from downtown Eureka Springs). Exceptionally clean room, very cute. Small, but that's exactly what we wanted. The cabins are not connected, so you get more privacy and don't have to hear other guests. The price was great. They have a fire pit, grill, and covered seating place outside. I highly recommend staying here.
Judy and Helen couldn’t have been nicer hosts. Since going my wife has been begging me to buy a bed and breakfast in Eureka as she just absolutely fell in love with the place!
Things to do: Basin Hotel Ghost Tour. We actually saw a ghost! 3.00 Mich Ultras at the Crescent rooftop bar. The little Italian restaurant next to Ridgeway is fiiiiiiiiire!!!!
We liked the location and the history of the hotel. Spa employees were excellent. Good shower and spa music piped in the room was a fun touch. Employees of the hotel were friendly, and we enjoyed the free coffee each morning. Access to the Eureka Springs paper was nice as well.
We loved the value, great car parking within easy reach of downtown Eureka Springs. We loved the pool. We also really appreciated the front desk service particularly from the lovely Cheryl. We liked that housekeeping was only available on request and the room was a good size.
Beautiful hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the ghost tour and learned some of the Crescent' history. There is much to see and do on the property and Eureka Springs area. Also, the pizzeria and our breakfast at the Crescent were fantastic!
Location was excellent, just a few miles outside downtown Eureka Springs. The room was clean and had chairs and small table outside the room on balcony with view of the forest. Very pleasant for morning coffee and evening wine.
Pearl Tatman house is my favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs. We loved having the whole house to ourselves. Had a great conversation with the neighbors. There is no where else in Arkansas I would rather be.
The location is perfect! It feel secluded, while still being within minutes of downtown. The treehouse had such character and was very clean! We loved the jacuzzi and fireplace, which added such a romantic touch!
This is a nice, clean hotel. I have stayed there twice this year and plan to stay there whenever I plan to overnight in eureka springs. Great value and operated by nice people.
