The whole place was nasty. It stunk. I didn't have a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was shit like forget trying to stream something on the TV. My phone wouldn't even load.

The location, the comfort of the beds, and cleanliness were extremely important and great of course... but the employees were AMAZING!!! The front desk employees, the breakfast crew, and even housekeeping employees were extremely sweet and accommodating. Literally, they made me and my significant other feel welcomed ☺️ (Shout out to Jason and Cody)

    Short staffed.

    Short staffed. Didn’t receive maid service because they didn’t have our room on the list. Room smelled musty when we arrived. Cable didn’t work, refrigerator had to be plugged in after our food spoiled and then it made terrible noises all night. Every time we went out and came back our key wouldn’t work. Tub had rust . Sink had a slow drain. When we arrived had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone appeared to check us in.

    I stayed in hundreds of hotels including 5 star. But I now usually stay cheap as in Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn but I had a great stay here and it was cheaper (and better) This is only the second review I have ever given (the first one was negative)

    Clean hotel even with it being remodeled. Have stayed he before several times since the place was built. This is the first major remodel. It was in need. So the dust and noise, while somewhat annoying, is to be expected and warrented.

    The location was far enough outside of lexington that getting on the main road wasn’t an issue, easy drive to the mall, and exactly where i wanted to stay at. The bed and bathroom was nice and the staff was really nice

    The room was nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok. I was not wowed by it, but I made a waffle and was good with that. We were in the area for a funeral and the location of the hotel was perfect.
