Several great art museums, plus several downtown art installations were also fun. Walking along the river was quite nice, and over it too, walking across one of several bridges. There was a lovely theatre across a bridge on a land strip in the middle of the river, st. anthony main theater I think. Artsy films, out of the mainstream. Saw a really weird one. Enjoyed immensely. Walked all over town. Walker Museum, Art Institute, Sculpture Garden.

Minneapolis has a lot going on and a lot to offer, but I detest driving in this city. It's one big spaghetti knot, and even my GPS got confused. When I was there in winter for a concert, the city put NO melting agent on super icy roads (possibly because the Mississippi River is nearby), and there were over a dozen accidents or cars off the roads. You could only travel about 35 in 65 mph zones, and we were late for the concert. The city is very eco-conscious, which I deeply admire.

    We loved Minneapolis!

We loved Minneapolis! There was lots to do outside (fantastic park system, Mississippi River, water falls ...) and many breweries and distilleries and restaurants to explore. The Mall of America is certainly that! We had a lot of fun!

We were in town just for an overnight visit. We went to Birchbark Books an independent, local bookstore and an excellent one at that. Then had dinner at Owamni which was amazing and delicious. The next day we drove out to Chanhassen to Paisley Park for the Prince tour and it was worth every penny.

Hotel was hard to find, not enough signage at ground level.

Hotel was hard to find, not enough signage at ground level. Parking was expensive and the cost was not mentioned at time of booking. After unpacking we had to move rooms as the toilet was not working. The TV remote not working (it was quickly fixed), some light bulbs burned out, the floor and furniture was stained. Overall we were disappointed. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

I loved the architecture of the building itself, the decor of the lounge areas, and the antique doors. The hotel room was larger than expected, and there were 2 double sinks. The smart tv in the room was super easy to connect to. There was free lemon lime water at the front desk. The Concierge/Hotel Staff were happy to help after there was an issue with making sure if the room was ready or not and made the situation right. I appreciated their promptness in the matter. Solely because of that I would book again.

The hotel is part of an old bank, and the dining room is in the old bank lobby, which is nice. Meals were good, a bit $$$$. But Thomas our waiter made it worthwhile, always smiling and happy to help you decide. All of the staff were always kind and ready to assist in any way. Location is close to US Bank Stadium, we were there for football game. Parking garage across street from hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable, need some updating. Pool was big hit for grandson.

The hotel itself was pretty and well-decorated. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and relatively spacious. It had a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, hairdryer, etc. Water and ice machines throughout the hotel. They sold snacks, drinks, and other travel items in the lobby. Cookies and milk were also served in the lobby at night. The pool and gym area looked nice.

Hello. This is one of the most excellent hotels my husband and I have stayed in. The hotel staff is friendly. The room was clean and warm. Breakfast with good choice. You can pass the time playing billiards or in the gym. We really liked the location of the hotel! If we are in Miniapolis, we will definitely stay at this hotel! Sincerely, Lana and Paul Pausig.

We were in town for the Frozen Four and we picked this hotel and they were GREAT. They let us check in early and the room was perfect and clean. The shower was big with great water pressure, the bed n pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic (real eggs n sausage!) Minneapolis was a great city, very clean and a lot of nice restaurants.

Location is excellent, not too far from anywhere we wanted to go in the cities, and staff was friendly, professional, and polite. We showed up to booking somewhat early, and were given a free room upgrade, so we wouldn't have to wait for our reserved room to be cleaned. Will likely use this hotel most, if not every time, we go to Minneapolis.

The apartment was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very secure.. It was wonderful to know that my car was safe in a secure parking lot, which didn't cost extra as it does in all other hotels in Minneapolis. There's coffee and tea available in the lobby. Nice kitchen. Wonderful shower.

I liked that every last one of your staff was extremely polite, respectful, and helpful to their best ability. A wallet got let behind and your honest staff turned it in and mailed it out to me, they way the situation was handled alone turned my whole experience about the hotel around.
