The staff was so nice, very helpful, great location in Chino, great for an overnight stay if travelling thru to your destination. Large parking area. This location has no elevator, so keep that in mind, there are two stories, so grab that 1st floor if you can't get up the stairs! Great value. Staff very friendly, pleasant, helpful. Breakfast was good. Plenty of free parking. However - overuse of cleaning products make it impossible for us to stay there again. We both had immediate reactions. Wasn't a problem the frst 5-6 times we stayed there, but the last 2 times were dreadful. The rooms are big enough for 2 queen size beds but they are only doubles and the mattresses are horrible. Had my son who’s in a wheelchair came with as planned there would have been no way we could have gotten him into the bathroom for a shower.Guest review byJenny
