Our car was valet . The concierge brought our suitcases upstairs and brought us 2 cappuccinos to our rooms. We needed extra amenities delivered to the room and it was probably taken care of it. We went to the restaurant downstairs and the concierge set up a special table for us for a honeymoon. We are local so we definitely will be coming back more. The rooms are exactly I like the photos you see on this site. We were so pampered on our honeymoon night.

    It's a perfect beach holiday Not all that geared up for kids Lots of events going on but more for adults Millions of places to eat, everywhere we chose to eat was lovely, I doubt you would find a bad place. We did the open top tour and boat trip, both good but make sure you know the difference between booking the hop on hop off or continuous tour

    We had a wonderful time in Miami we visited the hard rock hotel, little Havana, key west and ocean drive. The museum and the panther arena All was really good only thing that did not meet expectations was ocean drive by evening..

    Really fun and beautiful place.

    Really fun and beautiful place. Great shopping, restaurants and night life. Be ready to spend though- two drinks were $56.00. Also note that every tab had a service charge and tip included. We had drinks at Wilde on the Porch- great people watching on Collins. Then we had an early dinner at TacoTaco right next door. We attended a concert at the Filmore and went out that night at Medium Cool cocktail bar. Super fun weekend and walked to everything.

    The bike/walking path was excellent for morning workout. The water was fantastic in the evenings and mornings. Lots of restaurants on the other side of the road. Little Havana was fantastic. Gave us a great look into what Cuba would be like. Hand Rolled Cigars and Cuban coffee.

    Unless you just want to sit on the beach or in the pool, don't travel to Miami in summer. It is very hot and humid and very unpleasant to walk around and be a tourist in the summer time in Miami Beach. The beaches are lovely if that's what you like to do, just like the Gold Coast in Australia. Miami Beach is quite a distance from everything.There is a free trolley service to get around, but all the locals use it and it gets very crowded when it is knock off time. We used Lyft or Uber to get around but none of the drivers speak English. There are no cafes, supermarkets or reasonably priced restaurants around the hotel. So if you want to eat locally the only options are inside each of the hotels and everything is $$$

    Miami Beach, as the name suggests, is great to enjoy time at the beach. It is great for partying, eating and drinking though the service charges are high. There are a lot of restaurants with options for different cuisines. The beach is very nice and clean and the right water temperature. The kids would love it.

    An exceptional hotel right in the heart of South Beach. One block from Ocean Drive, walkable to all sights. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet, however outside on the street can get noisy at night. No breakfast offered, but proximity to all restaurants/cafes/coffee shops make this a non issue. Brilliant value for money!

    "We really liked the hotel. It's located on the second line of the beach in South Beach, next to the Versace Mansion. Even though the area might seem noisy, our room (with windows facing an interior courtyard) was quite quiet. The room was good, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. But the best part was the reception staff, who were extremely friendly.

    We loved this hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and have lots of advice. The decor is brilliant and the rooms were big. Rooftop pool has an excellent atmosphere and you were a 2 minute walk from south beach. On the beach you have access to sun loungers which is perfect!
